Read that they accept batteries for recycling, and this was the handiest one. In a little strip mall, easy access. Super friendly and helpful service when I walked in. Took everything I brought them, which included household batteries, a hedger battery, and a dead UPS. I didn't really need to buy any, but I will keep them in mind next time I do. read more

First time in a Batteries+ and I left very impressed. Their customer service interaction was a nice departure from the typical Best Buy or Home Depot experience - I didn't have to chase anyone down to get help. My reason for visiting the store was to get an iPhone screen repaired. They were insightful and let me know if they can't fix it, there would be a $25 service fee, which I thought was very fair. They also said they would need an hour or so to do the repair. I received a call within 45-minutes that the phone was repaired and ready. The repair to replace the screen was $99, plus they gave me a $10 online coupon. Considering the cost to replace an iPhone, I am very pleased with the charge. It's great to do business with a company with great customer service...I will recommend and do future business at Batteries+. read more

From changing a watch battery, to finding the right light bulb for the job, to swapping out a new car battery, they can do it all! Very friendly staff all around. 2nd time is the charm. 1st try, my repair was diagnosed incorrectly. 2nd try, finally got my phone fixed but the quality/resolution of the screen replaced isn't the best since it doesn't pick up on dark colors very well. Great customer service. Had to replace a key fob and the dealership was expensive! Found batteries plus bulbs online, while looking for an alternative place to program the remote cheaper. Called GC store and the guy was so helpful so I went in the store the next day and those guys were great too! Got my new key fob programmed for $35.00.
