Hats off to these guys. I made a claim through Verizon and came in here an hour before they closed to get my phone screen fixed, and they had it done in less than 30 minutes. This meant a lot to me because my front-facing camera was cracked and I'm about to leave for a once in a lifetime vacation & pictures mean a lot to me! The guys working were friendly and approachable, they gave me advice and answered my questions. They weren't passive aggressive about me coming in at such a late hour (they very well could've been). Charged me $107.00 when that wasn't what was wrong with my Xbox!! Never contacted me either that it wasn't fixable I dropped it off last Friday and didn't receive a phone call about my Xbox like the guy who charged me for this "water damaged" said give us 24 to 48 hours but not once did they reach out to me!!! read more

Terrible, terrible service. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. They are highly unprofessional here and couldn't care less about customer support. NEVER TAKE YOUR PRODUCTS HERE. They are con artists who will perform a repair that doesn't work. I tried contacting corporate multiple times and it seems that customer service is not a priority at this company at all! Very disrespectful and awful experience. No communication and unprofessional all around. They also store items from me and refused to return them. They are nothing but con artists at this business and the people at Asurion, from my experience seem to be helping build that culture. Terrible. read more

A family of Afghan refugees just moved in across the street from me, and while introducing myself to them today, I accidentally knocked the mother's phone out of her hand. Her phone was completely shattered, so the two of us went here to fix her phone (which she needs to help her communicate because she doesn't speak English yet). I offered to pay the $150 in repairs because I caused the break, and she was upset by this because she didn't want me to pay out of my own pocket. I assured her I was more than happy to help, and when I went to pick up the phone an hour ago, the workers were incredibly sympathetic and moved by the entire situation. When I asked how much to pay, they said I owed nothing for it, and that the good deed itself was enough. This entire situation made my day, and when I returned the mother's phone and told her everything, her entire family was so grateful for this store's kindness. Her four young children all gave me huge hugs for helping out their mom, and I now have a special bond with my new neighbors. I will definitely become a regular here because the employees are such good people, and their act of kindness moved me and my new neighbors immensely. Jacob and Ashley, I am so grateful for you two and I hope you know how much your kindness means to me and this family! read more
