Was disappointed because I didn't get a reply back and when I emailed them and said I was upset, that they had not responded in three days. I had a call the next day. They had evidently been out here and just gotten back. They came right out. The people were very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job. He went over and above what I was expecting. Unfortunately, the dryer couldn't be fixed but the washer could and it's running perfect now. I would definitely suggest trying these people out, I was very impressed with their professionalism and their knowledge. Re: And you do get back! As I mentioned, I would use you again.
