However, after speaking with the manager Lauren she's completely changed my outlook on this company. She really gives true meaning to "one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch". She took the time to listen to my complaints without invalidating them. I really appreciated that. I always feels awkward when I have to complain about a service, and she let me know that she understood. The employees went out of their way to call a local auto shop to get labor estimates, along with trying to get me the cheapest cost on an alternator. One employee even took the time to escort my car to the local auto shop due to the danger of driving with a dying battery. I cannot commend the shop enough for helping me in this situation.
