However, after speaking with the manager Lauren she's completely changed my outlook on this company. She really gives true meaning to "one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch". She took the time to listen to my complaints without invalidating them. I really appreciated that. I always feels awkward when I have to complain about a service, and she let me know that she understood. She even spoke with her supervisor (the owner) about the situation and came up with a very helpful solution. I'm really thankful to them as well as the young man who worked on my iPad the 2nd time. I was promised a call within 24 hours but instead received a call 3 days later. It was the owner that called. He blatantly stated that the phone could not be repaired and I needed to pick it up. Did not bother to explain what they tried or what else could have been done. Basically it was that I paid $50 and was told it could not be repaired. Maybe there is no way the phone could have been repaired but I expected better customer service and explanation from the owner. I will try a different place when I have a problem with my electronics in the future.
