Don't trust their appointments!! I made an appointment, drove 30 mins to the store and when I got there I was told that the technician left 90 mins earlier. Really?! The guy working there told me that they can look at my device and see if a repair is needed. To which he looked at the phone for two seconds and said "sorry, you're going to have to come back another day..." Ok so if I go online and make an appointment. I get it that they may have been confused as to the purpose of my trip. But wait! Here's what the email said: "Your appointment has been scheduled for 6/15/2016 8:30 PM. A technician may contact you for further information, if needed. Your Requested Service: Battery Replacement for Apple iPhone 6. Remember to bring your device with you. We also recommend that you back-up any important data prior to repair." So that's pretty clear why I'm came to the store. At this point it's all water under the bridge, and I'll have to make another trip to get my battery replacedbut his time to someplace besides "batteries plus" UPDATE: I just received this email: "We missed you at your scheduled repair appointment: Battery Replacement for Apple iPhone 6. The staff is professional and courteous. The wait time isn't long if you need assistance. I needed help with getting the battery of my weed eater. They could not change it immediately I had to come back the next day which is fine. I understand they are busy. Ultimately I would recommend this place for any of your battery needs. They were able to switch out the battery on my iPhone, when the Apple Store said they couldn't. After looking at it, the Apple people offered to swap my phone for 175 bucks. A crapload of money. They said the battery was messed up and they couldn't open the phone. So I went to this battery store, and they swapped the battery for 50 dollars. That was a while ago, and everything works great. Staff was courteous and professional. I'm really really glad they can help products last longer. read more

Went in last night at 7:30 to get my phone screen fixed on my iPhone, they close at 9. They proceeded to tell me I had to leave my phone there over night as they are "under-staffed" while there was three workers inside, us being the only customers. We said no, we'll just take it to mentor iPhone repair tomorrow morning, they fix it in 5 minutes. This man then said "oh yeah it doesn't take long, we just don't have the people to do it". UHM HELLO YOU HAVE THREE PEOPLE STANDING RIGNT NEXT TO YOU. I am completely blown away that they let us walk out of that store with a cracked phone screen STILL. Rude place, stay away! read more

DO NOT GO HERE to get your iphone screen repaired. I shattered my screen and brought it into the store because I heard they did it at an affordable price. So I bring the phone in, FULLY functional, and they replace the screen. After a couple days of use, the battery is only last 3-5 hours without any use at all. So I decide to bring the phone back to the store to have them look at it. They said they would. After about 45 minutes the guy tells me he can't get my screen to turn on and that he needs to hold it over night so that he can work on it longer. Ok...... I come back in the store the next day and he tells me that he no longer wants to try to repair the phone. He puts my old shattered screen back on. NONE of the middle portion of my phone registers to touch anymore. I open the phone up to see what is going on and the digitizer chip inside is broken in half. I try to bring this up with the employee and the store manager and they tell me that it must have happened when I initially dropped the phone???? Really?? They refuse to fix and/or replace the phone. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I do not recommend stepping foot in this store. read more

Very unprofessional. Went to have my screen repaired with my phone in proper working condition, got it back with a broken home button. The incident happened during the screen repair and they did not notify me before continuing the repair. Instead, I picked up a broken phone and they refused to give me a refund unless i gave their screen back. They told me they could give me a screen, but not mine back. So now, I have to pay $200 EXTRA for a brand new phone on top of the $100 I spent for a simple screen repair. Very shady business. I do not recommend this place. read more

The absolute worst customer service. Went in today looking for car remote battery. Asked clerk for a small screw driver to verify battery before purchase. Was told (without looking at me) we don't give out tools. Asked if they could pop open the key fob for me.. $8.95 "install" charge. Again no eye contact.. I left the store. I have used this place on a few occasions and never thought much of it, their prices are not that great and once they didn't even stock the watch battier I needed. The last time I was there will be the last time I ever go there. I was purchasing about $25.00 worth of stuff and was a penny short. I ask the guy if he can cover a penny and he said "no" ... really? I looked at him dumbfounded not believing this guy is going to blow a $25 sale over a penny.
