I was there 2 years ago to replace batteries in 4 watches. Lifetime warranty. I went today to replace the batteries. The record of the replacement was accessible to the employee, every watch listed, however the batteries didn't match, therefore no Lifetime Warranty. The sales person Zach was robotic in answering questions. He wasn't able to provide a reason why the batteries didn't match or provide a good customer experience. UPDATE: The store owner has reached out to me and will honor my warranty. I purchased a power sports battery in April 2019. The battery stopped working and had a 1 year warranty. During this period, our state was in a stay at home order issued by the governor due to the Covid-19 pandemic and travel was for essential items only. A power sports battery was not what I considered essential, not to mention I was at risk due to recent cancer diagnosis. I went in today since the order has been lifted and they tell me it is 2 months out of warranty. I explained that while this is true, we were under a stay at home order and only to go out for essential items, which this was not. He said, "Well, we were open." I told him maybe so, but I didn't think this battery for this use was an essential item for me. He said they would not honor the 1 year warranty for an exchange since it was 2 months expired. Horrible return policy. Do not tell the customer of a "24 hour" cash return policy. Then you have to wait for them to cut you a check and mail it to you. No attempt to help...just "that's store policy". Never return to this store again. Plus prices are outrageous. $40 for a cell phone battery that costs $10 everywhere else. read more

Went to the store on Tuesday for a cracked Iphine screen. They replaced the screen guy phone kept looping. Guy said plug up to iTunes. Came home plugged it up and phone wouldn't turn back on. Went up there the next day and they changed the screen, or so they said. Still phone wouldn't work. The tech then tells me well now I have a new screen you can take it to Verizon and get another phone! Smh I won't EVER recommmend this store!!! read more

They have a huge supply of batteries and other useful items. I enjoy going to this store but in my most recent visit I was in the store and decided to have a battery in my key fob replaced since I was already there for something else. When I got home and tried to use the fob, it wasn't working. I opened the battery compartment and it appears that the employee put the old battery back in the fob. Or the new battery was bad. I went to another store, purchased a new battery and replaced it myself. The fob is working. Very disappointed. I did not return to the store because the store employee was not friendly and I didn't want to have to deal with him again. Decided to let it go since I had no proof that the battery wasn't replaced and I was charged for the same old battery. They greeted me at the door, had what I needed, and was very knowledgeable on bulbs in a concerning, yet comforting way. Might want to make sure your techs are able to properly fix phones without breaking them. Due to the carelessness of him we've had to pay extra out of pocket to fix this phone and he's lost the ability to use thumb print authorization. I should just be happy that my phone still works. Went in to buy LED Bulbs. They had 4 but I needed 5. The guy told me he would get another one and have it for me the next day. I asked if I should go ahead and pay for it, he said that was not necessary. I was out of town so my sister went in to pick it up and told them she was getting it for me. She was told that they had gotten them in but they fly off the shelf. She'd have to order one specific. So she asked them to order is specific for her. She asked if she needed to pay for it. She was told no. The next day Batteries Plus called and said that if we wanted it ordered, we would have to pay for it first. That's horrible customer service. Also, I found the bulb on Amazon for one third of their price. Never going to Batteries Plus again. read more

I see a lot of reviews about great customer service, however, not my experience. I went to Batteries Plus to simply have 2 new batteries installed in 2 watches. The manager broke my watch, she cracked the face and didn't even apologize! She actually tried to charge me $10. for a new battery after she broke my watch??? Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service to resolve the problem. Had to reach outside this store to finally get the owner to contact me. They might be ok for purchasing a battery or bulb, but definitely don't let them touch your watch if you cherish it. I tell all my friends/family not to shop here! read more

Customer service was wonderful, and the fix was rather quick. Upfront and honest. 5 weeks after the fix, the phone fell from 18 inches high on to a carpeted service face up. The screen cracked. Went into the store to see about possible defective screen they would not provide any kind of assistance. This time it was horrible customer service. Called corporate, great customer service. If we could leave zero stars we would. Do not be fooled by high rating because of people just purchasing batteries and bulbs from this location. Their repair services are a joke. We paid $160 to have my husband's cellphone fixed, just to have the charge port replaced and a new battery. It would have only been 49.99 and 49.99 for these two services for the Galaxy. However their "master tech" broke the screen, told me he had to break it to fix it after the initial payment and dropoff. I was in luck since they would only charge another $60 which was the low cost of the backglass. Do you see the conflict of interest here? They told us they forgot to inform us that you cannot replace a charge port without breaking the glass, which is a lie as a quick internet search will prove. After that it got worse from here. Everytime we went to pick it up something else was wrong with it. It had no audio, then calls were all static, then he said it was a faulty screen again... funny since he just replaced it. After days without the phone and waste of our time and gas we finally gave up and said to just give it back, as is. This was after the tech then told us that a drop to the phone that occurred 2-3 years prior was causing all the problems?!? Yet it worked perfectly except for the charging port when i got there. I figured we would take it up with corporate and get it sorted out. NOPE. We have not been reimbirsed a single cent, yet it's now a brick of a phone that has no external audio. Thats right. No sound for incoming calls, no watching videos, no alarm. Basically many valuable features of the once smartphone are now gone. Yet corporate nor the store manager did not find it customary to reimburse a dime for our trouble, for their tech's lack of experience and accountability, or the loss of an expensive piece of property. The only resolution i have been offered is to have my phone shipped away for a week or more to some out of state facility where another of their brilliant "master techs" can look at it. I own a business, an hour job shouldn't become a 2 week hassle for me. I also have been nothing but understanding through this whole bull process, never once raising my voice or cussing or letting them know just how upset i am at this. This could be easily decided in court if i were to take the time. But it's okay because we will let everyone we come in contact with know how crooked this place is including every website and all of our face to face customers. We want our money back so we can pay a real professional whose worth a da** to work on the phone. We shouldnt have to eat almost 200 for a phone in worse shape than when we dropped it off.
