THEIR WARRANTIES ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. I purchased a top of the line Duracell that they lied about having a 36-month warranty. When it went dead and would not take a charge, they would not warranty it because "it is dead and will not take a charge." Silly me, I thought that was what the warranty was for. It I had bought the same battery at Costco, Walmart or anywhere else, it would not have been a problem. Batteries Plus is a business with ZERO integrity. read more

I had to replace the battery in my fire alarm panel in my house. I disconnected the old ones and took it to Batteries & Bulbs (I believe they changed the name) Super helpful counter rep, showed him what I needed and he provided me when the current battery. Mind you they are not cheap but it's for the fire alarm system in the house a small price to pay for the convenience of knowing my alarm system works. read more

Sent my daughter in a month ago to get batteries for my mobility scooter. She went in saying we needed deep cycle batteries. She came out with 2 regular batteries, being told firmly that they would work, and we had a year warranty on them if they didn't work. Had my son install them a month later, he didn't even take them out of the box. He said absolutely they would not work. They had to be deep cycle to handle the draining and recharging needed for a scooter. Took them back. Claims it was not their fault and they would not take them back or offer to exchange them for the correct ones. We are stuck with their screw up and we are getting blame for it. LOUSY customer service! DO NOT GO HERE! If I spend over $200 on batteries, I expect better than this. read more

Just because I have to give a star... they installed a replacement battery in Ipad air that went exactly one week past the warranty period!!! It was a crap replacement battery to start with... the battery health out of the shop was never more the. 60/65%. "i will not be able to honor the warrant because it will stop me". will NEVER use again... it took then 3 days to fix it to start just an absolutely horrible way to do business read more

The worker "william" was outstandingly nice and patient with me. I'm not tech literate and the whole field of repair is basically witchcraft IMHO. I came here because I could not find the right bulb for the lamp I had recently bought at a big name store. The 2 gentleman, who were in the store, were so kind and very helpful. One of them even tested out the bulb to make sure it works in my lamp (glad I brought it with me). I also appreciate that he didn't try to get me buy the expensive bulb. Instead he showed me where the less expensive ones were, and I went ahead and bought it. The bulb is working great and when I need more I'll definitely be back. read more

Went to this shop to get a key cut which the young kid Tyler said on the phone "could be done!" Then I arrive to get the key cut and he ruins the key and has the nerve of telling me his co-worker in the back can replace it for 25$. So I wait patiently for about 45 minutes until his co-worker comes to the front desk and tells me "sorry we can't do anything for you. So the key and fob I ordered for 37$ that I brought in was ruined by Tyler then they told me they can't help me after telling me by phone they could cut the key. Stay away from this place, a bunch of amateur 20 year olds that shouldn't be working their at all. Both day workers at this location should be replaced, they had no resourceful skills cutting a key at all and shouldn't have been anywhere near a key cutter. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Don't ever buy batteries from this place there a bunch of crooks They will rip you off and take your money in the don't stand by their warranty at all bought 2 batteries from them in the last 2 years and out $340 The last battery I just bought back in January of this year and they still wouldn't exchange it for a new one so don't buy a better from this place they suck ass. I feel some type of way. We took our phone in for a repair. It was diagnosed and the repair was attempted. For an hour we waited, only to receive our phone back with the same existing issue. At first we were told it was a bad screen, but before leaving we were told it was 'touch disease'. I was told to come back the next day and they would refund me my money and replace the old screen. Batteries plus did what they said they would but they broke the screen on the phone. I'm irritated because they knew the screen was broken PRIOR to putting it back on the phone, but didn't disclose this to me until it was time to pick it up after waiting, YET AGAIN. They offered no option of either replacing it for free or even at a discounted rate. We didn't bring the phone in for that issue. I feel like that behavior speaks for the integrity of a company and it's staff. The phone belongs to my 14 year old child who worked baby sitting to save for the phone. She had the screen replaced one time before, again with her own money. So now we have a phone that is pretty much useless x2 with a cracked screen and loss of touch function. Even if we sold it for parts the value would be depreciated significantly because of the broken screen... a screen that was broken by Batteries Plus. I don't think I'll be back to Batteries Plus any time soon. read more

This store was great! I had a problem with my key fob not working which was really annoying. I went in and was helped very quickly. They pulled the fob apart, tested the battery and did a few other tests. In no time they figured out that it was a bad battery. They replaced the battery on the spot and I left with a working fob. I had my iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced here. It was total trash - not even close to the original screen. It was less vibrant and not responsive, causing spelling errors in texting and emails. I took my phone back thinking it was a defective screen and the guy told me that the screens they used are off brand refurbished and to not expect it to be the same. I was shocked as it was still expensive $129 to get screen fixed here ($169 at Apple store), took as long or longer than Apple. They replaced the screen again and it was still a piece of trash. I ended up taking my phone to Apple store and paying $169 to replace the $130 screen I got from here. Save yourself the hassle - DO NOT GET ANY APPLE PRODUCTS FIXED HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. I asked for a refund and was denied. Would not recommend or ever consider going here again for phone or tablet work. read more

It wouldn't be a five star review if it didn't go well. From the moment I walked in to when I left I felt important. They did everything they could to find my special bulb, even recommending another store when the search proved fruitless. I didn't find my exact bulb but I'll be going back for every battery and bulb I need forever. read more

This is just a convenient place to get some batteries. I came in here to get a replacement battery for my Honda key. They put everything in for me and I was in and out in five minutes. This will be the place I come every time my Honda key battery dies, but other than that, I'm not really sure. read more

So my battery is no longer holding a charge. So I decided to go to #BatteriesPlus and get a replacement battery. The store clerk was very helpful I didn't have to show him my phone. He already knew what type of phone I had and what type of battery I needed. He then went on to say that I need not to charge my battery overnight because it is draining my battery bc every two years you have to get a new battery. The killer part is my battery cost $45 I wasn't prepared to pay that. so I will be ordering my battery online from Amazon for $10# read more

Came in to Batteriesplus on 63rd and May on Oct 12th to get a battery for my car. I was given 3 options on the battery and also was offered a free installation. It was a fast and easy process. I will continue to shop at this store. The staff was as friendly as it gets. I was watching them deal with other customers and can tell that the culture has been set. Ordered a key to be programmed for my car. They said it would take a week. Weeks and weeks and weeks later when I called...they said they lost the key. Then they said they would personally go get from another location and give some type discount. They never did and never called. They were always going to check and never followed up with a call. When they finally said they had it they said they had been trying to get a hold of me which was not true! Then my son went to pick it up and there was a surprise programming fee which they hadn't told us about up front. read more
