My phone died. The battery was losing charge quickly for months so I was sure it was the battery. Went in around 3pm. Asked how much it would cost to change the battery and how long? He said $89 for this phone and he should have it done in an hour and a half. (I was expecting at least the next day) Went back later that evening and the battery was changed, the phone was working and he even cleaned up my speakers free of charge. Hard to believe I'm only the second person to review this place. Very non-descript location in shopping center. I've had an iPhone 6S with a blown battery that I was going to replace with an Amazon purchased kit for some time, but life doesn't let me have that kind of fun. So one day I decided to look for someone to do it, and lo and behold, a shop just down the street! Called them, and they had the battery in stock. Gave a quote of $45 and said it would take around 30-45 minutes. So the kits go for $30 on Amazon, which means they're only charging $15 for the labor (NOTE: yes, I know they probably get the batteries cheaper than $30, and I know it probably doesn't take 30-45 minutes. Guess what? It would have cost ME $30 and would have taken ME EASILY an hour or more because it never goes quickly the first time I do something. Therefore, I'm not mad if these folks make SICK profits buying $10 batteries and knocking out repairs in 10 minutes. I truly hope they do, because that ensures they'll be around the NEXT time I need them. TL;DR: ask yourself if A) you're going to get what you need and B) if it costs less than the closest alternative. Yes on both counts. Don't get mad when people get paid; people getting paid is the partial antidote to mediocrity.) So, dropped it off on a Saturday ten minutes before they closed. Took my number and said they would have it ready by 1PM on Sunday. I'm like, "Damn, Daniel! You don't have to work that hard on a weekend for a back-up phone!" So they sent the text around 1PM that it was ready. I eventually got in to pick it up today (I did text them back yesterday saying I wouldn't be in until today, FWIW). Went in there and they promised to fix my phone. Made more damage to it then when I originally took it in. They broke my screen recommended I replace the battery, and network chip. Wanted me to pay over 1000 dollars worth of repairs I might as well buy a new phone. All after I already paid for one repair. True professionals would have let you know ahead, ask them several times prior to agreeing to the repair that I wasn't going to need additional services and the said no. Had my phone over two weeks just for them to give my phone in worse conditions than it went in. You like to throw away money then be my guest and go there. read more

We've taken many phones here in the past paying them thousands of dollars. Recently took in a phone in and found they've changed their way of business for the worse. Dual parents can't coordinate drop off/pick up for ease of scheduling. The worker even asked my husband for a picture of me, and then continued to tell him I can't pick it up. Completely creeped out he even asked for a picture! Hours change daily. Prices change monthly. I paid over $150 for a screen at Christmas and now says the change is $120. My phone broke after 2 days of fixing it here. When I went to go tell him him about it he says "this is the last time Im gonna do this. If it happens again I can't help you."
