I have shopped here for small odd batteries and always found what I wanted. Today I needed a battery for my car. Of course it is a rare one and no one had the battery in stock. But of course Batteries plus had one in stock and even installed it for me. Total cost was $20 less than the next closet quote plus I would have had to wait two weeks for it to come in. Terrible experience with everyone In the roseburg store including the store manager and "supervisor" of all three locations.. I got my phone Screen replaced here and they ended up disabling my Face ID Along with the whole phone not functioning right after they opened it up and "repaired" the screen, if you look up on internet about the process of a screen repair it's known for one to mess up and disable Face ID on iPhones . Justin The store manager spoke to me very rudely, along with the rest of employees and lead superviser, She told me he is a cut and dry type of guy and any manager would get upset if they got asked for a free phone screen repair. ??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are scammers, and very unprofessional. don't go here too get your phone screen replaced!!! read more

Super friendly and fast service. Replaced my iPhone 5s battery and reserving an appointment online saves you $10. Even though a bunch of people walked in after me they still got my phone done quick! Most often I get over the top service at this location. The manager and employees are helpful, and will find ways to save money, via discounts, coupons, or what have you. As anywhere, some employees are more helpful than others, but overall: very good. read more

This was a wonderful place to go get the help I needed. One of my kids had a phone that was very sentimental to her and it stopped working. She was heart broken and so we stopped in for help. They were so kind and very considerate of her. They fixed the problem with a new battery and she was thrilled. They don't over charge and are always helpful. I recommend them to all my friends. My mom who had no idea what she was doing took my phone apart trying to "fix" the screen because I broke it, she got half way through it and had the screen taken off and gave up, she took it to batteries plus and put a new screen on it and ended up letting us pay half since she already had the screen off and a new screen to put on it. read more

While on vacation, a friend of mine dropped my phone, damaging the screen. We had the screen repaired at the store in Milwaukie, WI near her home. That afternoon, I noticed some odd phone behavior. The next day I flew home to Roseburg, OR. The unusual phone behavior continued (turning off, not registering accurate battery life, not unlocking) & so I took the phone to the local Batteries Plus Bulbs here in Roseburg. The store manager was rude, interruptive, did not bother listening to my story, and was unwilling to help in any manner even after the store manager from WI called to negotiate with him. After I pointed out to him that I thought he was being rude in interrupting, he stated, "Well, we don't have to do business." I agreed and walked out. As far as I'me concerned, no one in Roseburg should do business with this store. Please note: the store in WI went above and beyond to help me deal with and figure out the problem. Their customer service was so exceptional, it is worth it to me to ship my phone to them from here on out! read more

Went to this business because their website states "We repair broken Apple devices, including iPads, iPhones and iPods, most Samsung devices and many more." Brought my daughter's iPad there because the tip of the lightning charge cable broke off inside the charge port - but the iPad was still functional and could still be used/turned on. Manager assured me the repair was doable by replacing the entire charge port. After waiting 10 days to get the part in, and another 5 days after that, the technician called me to say the iPad is possibly shorted or fried. Manager's version is that the battery just finally died. When they opened the iPad up to change the charge port, they stated the repair was more complicated than initially thought - i.e. requiring soldering. Manager stated because it was too complex of a repair, they just put the iPad all back together instead of attempting to fix it. If that was the case, why did the technician say the iPad is possibly shorted or fried? If it was just simply opened up, looked at, and closed up, why would it possibly have a short or be fried? Why did they try to get me to sign a piece of paper (I refused) that said my iPad "Did not work" when the manager himself powered it up when I dropped it off in the first place? After a back and forth with the manager, I got him to admit that he "possibly" overstated the repair capabilities of this business. Spare yourself a headache and a possibly short or fried iPad - don't bring it here unless the extent of your repair consists of wiping lint off the screen. They do not have the knowledge or experience to repair iPads, nor the integrity to admit it. read more
