There was quite a bit involved to get it to work so it was worth the $350 to have it done. I started and shut it off numerous times to be sure there were no problems. He did a VERY poor job answering my questions, and when I shared the reasons I stopped by the store, it was obvious to me that he could not have been MORE DISINTERESTED if he had come out and said so to my face! He kept veering away from anything I wanted to talk about, and the entire time, he had this "Deer in the Headlights" look in his Eyes-I have no idea WHY he looked that way. He told me that John, the owner, was not there today. I have worked in the Recording Industry professionally. I have completed projects for the US Coast Guard, Oregon State Police, The National Park Service, and Lucasfilm. The Good Vibrations Employees I met today could not have been more UN-professional! It's a nice looking store, decent Gear, but the two employees I met today will have me looking elsewhere!
