I go to turn it on and a message pops up saying the cooling fan has been disconnected. They did reconnect it but said the additional damage to the laptop was just because they had to look at it. I picked up my phone and the agent told me he had trouble getting the new back on the phone and had to use (glue) and if it popped apart, let him know. I went on my way. He said he would clean it and see if that fixed it. It didn't. He said to come back in. I told him I thought it was the antennas. Corroded batteries are IMPOSSIBLE to remove from the "Big Larry" and both the Batteries Plus store manager and the liars at NEBO refuse to honor the advertised lifetime warranty and replace or even discount a replacement flashlight. Lack of after-sale responsibility and horrlble customer service is good warning to stay away from the store and the manufacturer !
