From what I've read, some thy aren't an authorized Apple dealer thy aren't using apple parts so that voids any warranties insurances etc. so I am unable to get into apps, passwords or anything because I need Face ID and I can't disable it because I need to use it to disable it. From what I've learned I need to buy a new phone and this phone is worthless now. I planned on getting a new phone next year because new updates do t work on the 11 anymore anyway but I wasn't ready to do it yet. Make sure you disable Face ID before having them work on your phone or you'll be screwed like me.

I go to turn it on and a message pops up saying the cooling fan has been disconnected. They did reconnect it but said the additional damage to the laptop was just because they had to look at it. I picked up my phone and the agent told me he had trouble getting the new back on the phone and had to use (glue) and if it popped apart, let him know. I went on my way. He said he would clean it and see if that fixed it. It didn't. He said to come back in. I told him I thought it was the antennas.
