He had the battery replacement however, he could not get my key fob open. Although he tried he was not successful. I appreciated him being honest instead of trying to force it open and break it. He unfortunately had to suggest that I go back to my dealer. I would return to this place if I needed other batteries. Service was great. Sorry that I forgot to take a photo. I agreed and left them and went home... Store person called me a day later and told me the price was considerably more...and also that they had broken one band...
