Instead of replacing my alternator, owner Sam Dawood, who is either incompetent or disreputable told me both my batteries were malfunctioning and replaced two good Mercedes Benz batteries with 2 interstate batteries V4MTP and MTP48-H-6 both of which the Interstate website will tell you Battery doesn't fit vehicle. He charged me $765.49. Invoice attached. The Following day my computer again told me I needed a new alternator. I returned and he claimed one battery was defective and supposedly replaced. Following day same message appeared. I returned and he then tells me it would take hours of diagnostic testing to "diagnose" and couldn't even give an estimate for repairs until I paid probably around $1,000 just for "diagnosis " which I already knew was the alternator. Instead I drove my mercedes to a mercedes dealership - service. They replaced the alternator and two years later I had No problem with the alternator but with both batteries which failed prematurely since they were not compatible with my mercedes. And although under warranty since they were the incorrect interstate batteries, warranty does not apply. Don't believe any of those testimonials. He keeps hounding you after he services your car to write something nice. They were written under pressure. And don't expect him to honor the warranty. He will claim it was something unrelated to your service. But don't put yourself in that position To begin with. Don't bring your European car to Drive European.

One of the cars is a 2011 the second is a 2025. I needed work on the 2011 and the Executive from Mercedes Benz referred to them as it is an older car and to get it done faster rather than wait for an appointment so listen to this: Emile and Jesse tried to charge me $271/ hour for labor only when the dealership charges almost half that per hour and gives the dealership gives 2 years 24,000 miles on parts and labor, Emile and Jesse only gives warranty on labor. When I tried to understand why does Emile feels that labor is $271/hour and twice the Meecedes Dealership who by the way have certified Mercedes Engineers not like Emile's shop he insulted me calling me cheap and that it is his house and he can do whatever he wants even if it means price gauging customers because at the end of the day money is the only thing that matters to him. Stay away from this guy, he is does not care about you as a customer and frankly logically why would anyone pay twice the amount they would pay at the Manufacturer Dealership, oh and on top of it Emile was fired from Mercedes Benz of Arlington and I honestly WONDER WHY just seeing his ethics from what I wrote here.
