l use these folks often for car and scooter batteries. Great quality batteries and even better service. I can't get around much anymore, so they always are happy to totally install and put everything back correctly. They are knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, professional, and always have the lowest price per quality. I have to visit them this week to check my scooter batteries. read more

Dishonest business uses Bait and Switch This is my first impression with this business...took in 16 watches...the employee then quoted me a price per watch to replace the batteries... I agreed and left them and went home... Store person called me a day later and told me the price was considerably more...and also that they had broken one band... Told them the price that was verbally quoted... but they refused...this is typical bait and switch dishonesty... They should have done the work for the quote price... Caveat Emptor read more

"Best prices guaranteed when you visit one of our six Maryland locations." That's what it says on their website. The first employee I talked to didn't even know they had a website when I asked them to match Costco's price on an identical battery. He went and got the owner. She came out and denied that it said that on their website so I showed her. Her comment was she would be losing money if she sold it for that price so I said, but your website says you guarantee the lowest price. She didn't even offer me a better price. When I told her to look at this from a consumer perspective, she told me to go to Costco and asked me to leave. Another dishonest business. Why am I not surprised? Don't be fooled by fancy language. Question everything. Let's see if they at least remove the misleading banner about the guarantee they don't honor. read more

Super nice people, great family. I needed a battery for my 1986 Toyota pickup,drove over to battery warehouse and was back home in 45 minutes. I got a great deal on a new battery. They installed the battery for a super low price and he fixed a loose wire at the same time. Please use this location for all your battery needs. I highly recommend. read more

I was not aware that they have a lifetime battery swap out per key fob but if you have 2 fobs per car make it make sense. Lol. Just swap the batteries and bring in the one that is causing trouble. The batteries are $9.99 so $26.99 makes sense for a one time fee for life. I was speaking to the very nice and knowledged Olivia and she not only changed the batteries out but informed me of all the money saving options as well as setting up for the key fob addition with a coupon that will make it under $200. Im coming back as the dealership is $500+. They are super nice and customer service is my thing. In addition, this store has more then the name.
