The guy that came to change the batteries on my car changed the warranty and the free replacement I had booked online and have spoken to the customer service agent on the phone and had gotten a quote on. When I told him I can call the lady back and he can speak to her or I can show it to him online he started packing his stuff and told me that doesn't exist and left. Either this service is a sham or they really need to work on training their staff on the ABC of customer service. I am a paying customer and you should always at least hear my side of the story & see how you can help me before you leave me stranded on the road with a dead battery on thanksgiving day!
