During the removal and installation of my battery, the guy was very professional. We had an easy going conversation that didn't feel force and it didn't go on too long. Treated my car with care. He even moved by driver seat back to the original position after having to move it so that he can access the area beneath the steering wheel. They offer both refurb battery or a brand new battery. So that was nice that they provided options to the customer that would best fit your budget. The battery also comes with warranty. Installation is an additional fee of $30.
