I've been coming here for years now - they have every possible battery source. 18v, 19.2v? Yep - and they rebuild your spent Li-Ion battery for much less than new ones. Came yesterday to buy an auxilliary 12V battery for my 2007 Prius. The price was about 10% higher than online, BUT installation is part of the deal. ('course, I watched a couple of YouTube videos and figured I could change it myself...). Do yourself a favor - let them change it. Just jump start your car and come on over. They'll handle it. About customer service to me, it is very bad. I bought a batery for a celular phone at store located at Capital cir Northeast and paid for it there, that store sold it despiste they where our is stock. They al me to pick it UPS at store at Apalache , and they where also out of stock. They ordered and promise me to call me. Never called me. I had a battery source battery go bad. I have been working on cars for over 40 years so I know a bit about things. Went to this branch because they are close to work. Took my battery in and explained that I had charged it, checked the fluid level and then tested it and got only 5 volts. The battery was a bit swollen and obviously bad. The young gentleman I dealt with tested it and got 3 volts. He told me that they would have to charge it for 8 hours and then test it again, basically calling me a liar. I would not go to this store, the people are rude and don't really understand batteries at all, all they know is what is on their computer screen. The next day I went to the other store in town and was taken care of someone who understands batteries. Stay away. read more

Stopped in last week to pickup a iPhone 6s battery for my daughters phone. I've also been having issues with one of my car battery terminals so on my way out, I asked the mechanic on duty, Rod, if it was possible to replace the terminal without replacing the whole cable as Acura had suggested during my last service. Within 10 minutes he had the old corroded terminal off and a new sparkly one fitted. $10 part and I was good to go instead of hundreds of dollars to replace the whole cable. Garbage made in Vietnam batteries sold by Battery Source. The last battery i purchased there for my motorcycle lasted exactly 1 start then went bad only 12 months later with dead cells. Battery regularly rotated on trickle charger to keep it in charged condition since the motorcycle is seldom used. I have had the same issues with boat batteries purchased from battery source. Good staff but garbage battery products. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company and purchase a quality name brand battery unless you enjoy throwing your money away. read more
