My elderly mother needed her dying battery changed and called AAA. The guy came and had a new…read morebattery but refused to change it and told her to go to Battery Source because they could give her a "better deal" and were "family owned" unlike AAA. Not sure what shady business is going on between some AAA employees and Battery Source but this put my mother in danger of breaking down in the middle of the road without a working battery since the Battery Source location was 20 min away from her home. Please report AAA and Battery Source is you need help from AAA and they refuse you a battery and tell you to buy it from Battery Source.

Have had multiple rentals from Barefoot and rent for family when they visit. Never had a problem…read moreuntil this weekend. Cart was dropped off as usual. Everything looked great until the end of the first night when my son noticed the grounding pin had been broken off in the charging cable. The first and second night it charged fine. The morning of return pickup we noticed the unit had not totally charged. I made sure meet the rental staff when they picked it up to inform she. She frankly immediately copped an attitude and said she would charge us for the cord and also for not having the unit charged up on pickup. She indicated we should have called immediately when we noticed. Bottom line, I understand both sides, but we were honest and felt like we were accused of lying. I don't care about the extra charges if warranted, but we didn't damage the cord. They provide great carts. My suggestion? Double check everything and pester the crap out of them if anything is not working. They deserve 5 stars, but copped an attitude. We're not all stupid tourists....

Came in one night before they were closing to get my CEL checked. The lady who ran the diagnostics was very polite and printed out additional information for me about the issue with my truck. This is my new favorite in-town auto parts store.
