But i will not be coming back. i bought 4 batteries. One of them was defected. one of the bolts was stripped and would not tighten my cable. this battery requires a special strap to carry it. When i tried to take the battery off to return it. the strap holder broke off (lucky i did not drop it) when i took the battery back for an exchange. they would not give me one. first because they assumed i stripped the bolt. event thought it is very hard to strip this bolt without actually breaking it. The bolt stripped halfway so i could not remove my cable from the battery so i had to cut it. After like a half hour they agreed and that maybe it was defective. but that they could still not exchange it, because the strap holder was broken and that they would not be able to sell it like that. they would fix the bolt for me but it would take a day (cool) now i call the next day and Jose (manager) tells me that my battery will be ready in 2 days. mind you they have more batteries there. Now i am stuck waiting on a battery that they sold me defective. How can i break the strap holder? Most of all it was the lack of attention, and Juans (manager) unprofessional attitude. He wouldn't even get of his chair and speak to me, he just looked at me and just sat at his office. Sure there nice when they want to sell you something but when it comes down to customer service, i would have to give them minus stars on this. Never will i buy or recommend this place to anyone i know.
