Service was phenomenal. Pulled right into bay. He checked battery and started replacing immediately while I waited in the waiting area. The price was half of what the big places charge. You know who. I needed a new battery for my old (1994) BMW and these folks had it in stock, as a courtesy checked the battery I brought in to make sure it really was past a useful life and then they took my old battery in for environmentally sound recycling. Win, Win, WIn. Price was as good - it's the distributor warehouse. Service was excellent - I can change a battery (it's not as easy or as safe as you may thing - negative off first, negative back on last or else sparks will fly!) They have what you need in stock. Arrived around 7:30am(I hate being that person who wants to get in before a place opens or right at opening) so I enter at 8:10. As the Google Review mention they have good customer service, knowledgeable, gave me a cash price that was lower than expected and I was out the door at 8:16. All good for me!!! A little confusing Yelp calls it West Paterson, but it is actually located in Woodlawn. Certainly recommend!!

You're more that likely to see an Interstate Batteries truck than you are to see their store, that's because a majority of there business is threw delivery. They more commonly deliver batteries to auto repair shops. The place is literally a miniature warehouse loaded with batteries, which is coincidentally the size of an auto repair shop, just with a much higher ceiling. I come here from time to time to get deep cycle batteries for work. The guys that work here are always friendly and super helpful. Some of the deep cycle batteries that I get don't have posts on them and they'll usually give me the adapter, free of charge. Not only do they have great customer service, they also make a great product. So, if you're looking to replace a car or even boat battery, I would take this place into consideration.
