Service was phenomenal. Pulled right into bay. He checked battery and started replacing immediately while I waited in the waiting area. The price was half of what the big places charge. You know who. Advanced , zone, pep, . Im telling you . You will never get a battery elsewhere

SO THE GUY ACTUALLY CURSED ME OUT. I had a problem with the motorcycle battery I got from them. One…read moreof the posts broke off about a month after I installed it. I called first because I live about 23 miles away from there. The guy over the phone said that they wouldn't cover something like that. I said are you serious? He asked if they installed the battery and I said no. He said, bring it in maybe we can give you a discount on another one. So I called the manufacturer of the battery on the way there. Explained to the lady what happened and she asked me which battery I had brought. She said no worries we will give you a replacement. She gave me her name and said if I had any problems when I get to the store that I should call her back. So the guy at the store actually got angry with me for reaching out to the battery manufacturer. He said I shouldn't have been making deals with her behind his back. You can't make this shit up. Then he accused me of over, tightening the terminal that broke. I am 59 years old, a mechanic. raised by a mechanic. My earliest memories were working on cars and motorcycles. I think I know how to tighten a battery terminal. So I took pictures of my wires and everything right after I removed the battery in case they wanted to see. So it was basic comment sense you could see that I didn't over tighten the terminal. That thing I know I think that I am hearing things. The next thing out of his mouth is that I under tightened the terminal . So I showed him the pictures of my wires. There is no excessive heat, and all of my connections were clean. I even took pictures of the bolts which were clean with no arcing. So when I started telling the guy that he accused me of two completely opposite things. He started yelling at me and cursing me off. Like what behavior is this and how could you treat a customer that way? I told them that they could keep the battery. I can definitely afford to buy another one somewhere else. The lady at the battery manufacturer is sending me a new battery to my house. So while the other guy that started helping me after the guy cursed me out, found out on the phone with the lady from the Battery company that there is some type of recall or defect on the batteries. So the guy that cursed me out, actually went in and found the memo about the Battery posts. NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER FOR YELLING AT ME AND CURSING ME OUT. I wish I was writing a good review because that's really the kind of reviews that I enjoy. But I guess you have to take the good with the bad. Thanks for reading .
