There isn't much to write about a battery warehouse but this place was a surprise gem off of Chinquapin Round Rd and old Forest Drive. Our original car battery was failing regularly. I drove it here at around 1 PM on a weekday and there were two people ahead of me. There were two gentlemen working very hard and efficiently. You simply tell them what you need and they go outside, pull your old battery and install the new one. Not only was this a great price, but I was in an out of there in 15 minutes for under $100. Can't beat that! The only downside is there are so many food places nearby that you will be starving when you finish from the eclectic odors of all the ethnic cooking. I would be 300 LBS if I worked there. This is a very convenient place. I remember the days we would have to spend hours at the dealer and pay $200+ for a stupid car battery. Gotta love it! read more

I had no idea where to even start when my battery died. I'm hopeless when it comes to anything car-related. I put it in my GPS and headed there from my office. I entered the store and I was not sure if I was in the right kind of battery store. I walked up and was helped before I ever made it in the door. 5 minutes later my new battery was installed, my old battery was gone, and I was paid and on my way. They offer no nonsense advise and have never tried to up-sell me. If anything, they just make sure you have the information YOU need to make the decision that best fits your needs. Came back in town after two weeks and my LR4 was dead. Jump started the battery and drove over to Stevens. They tested the battery and recommended I put the battery on a charge for the day and come back. They tested the battery again and said it was good to go. Where else can you go for honest service? This is the third time I have visited this shop and the customer service and service that I have been provided each time is outstanding. Today 6 Nov 2021,, I went in to get my battery check bc my car is over 5 years old and had the original battery. My attendant Cyle was great. I told him the problem he checked the battery and said I needed a new one. He explained to me the different types of batteries and asked for his recommendation and that I trust his judgement, and Bam there it was new battery in the car and now the car starts without hesitation. Took my daughter Volkswagen there for s battery. Purchased the battery and exactly two years and a day battery stopped working. They tested the battery and all I received was a $4 pro-rated discount because they claimed battery was no longer under warranty. I told them the battery should have lasted longer than two years. Dummy me purchased another battery from them and guess what? That battery lasted exactly one year and two weeks. Refused to go back and let them suck me out of more money. I had been having battery issues with motorcycle for a few years now. I decided to call around and see what the local shops recommended. They all kept telling me to go to the battery warehouse. So I called to see if the had a battery for my bike in stock and they did. I went in about an hour and half later and although they where extremely busy at the time, they had remembered speaking with me on the phone and had me out the door in about 10 mins. I always go here. Whenever I get a battery, I ask about the warranty. If it is 5 years, I have it replaced soon after 4 years. Needed a replacement battery for house alarm system. Service was reasonable. Salesman looked around store for type of battery needed, and indicated that they were out. He offered to get the type of battery along with others that they were having shipped to their store that same day. Salesman indicated that shipment would be in between 5-7P. I provided my contact information and waited for call. By 7P no call. Needed battery for alarm to function correctly. Went to another battery shop in Crofton and got battery about 1P. Did not receive call from store until next afternoon at 3P-- and they couldn't even get my name right when they called-- and it was printed on their notepad, really?! IMO, the store personnel did not seem overly eager for business, and certainly didn't show it by not following up in a timely manner. I may buy from them in the future-- but, only after all other resources have been elimnated. read more

I went in here twice and both time the employee's were very prompt to help me. The 1st time was great got the perfect battery for my car at a fair price. They offer alternative types, they suggest causes for battery problems--things to check. Why go to a dealer or anywhere else? This place was great. Prior to going to Battery Warehouse, I called with my car information. He checked to be sure he had a battery in stock. When I arrived He immediately tested my battery to be sure that was the issue. He then installed it which was no mean feat given the location of the battery. $100 and I was on my way.
