I didn't have the equipment to get the job done. Greenwood Service did! The vehicle also had a case of the creaks which I knew was a bushing, but I wasn't able to isolate the source. They found it was the right rear bushing that connects to the lower control arm. And the lower control arm and sway bar needed to be replaced. I partially expected something suspension related would need to be repaired. They got it done in short order and now I get to wrestle with my decision of having bought a Ford.

CoachNet contacted FELTS Towing & Repair. Mike M. arrived within the hour,towed us to Felts. On Monday, we were able to air freight a new part, it arrived on Tuesday. Felts custom made metal brackets for it, installed the new cooler, added 51/2 gallons of oil, tested the engine, and had us test drive her up to speeds. They had us on our way within 24 hours of receiving the new hydraulic cooler! We cannot praise enough the quality workmanship, knowledge and customer service we received from everyone at FELTS Towing,Truck Repair and Heavy Hauling! We saw semis, school buses, vans and a fire truck - they fix them all! We took our camper in for repairs. It sat for nine weeks before they looked at it. They said that…read morethe person at the desk had been let go and that he never wrote down why the camper was there. We had issues with both AC units. They only fixed one unit but charged for diagnostics on both. When we arrived to pick up the camper it had a flat tire. The price they told us on the phone was different when we arrived. After we arrived home we realized the biggest disappointment. We had told them when we dropped the camper off that the keys were inside. They have a master key because they locked the camper with the keys inside. I would not recommend this business and would highly recommend that you save your self the frustration by going somewhere else.
