Baudelio is a nice guy and was one of a few gardeners who responded to my inquiry. He came right over to assess my needs and price the work. We agreed on bi-weekly yard maintenance. He was twice as expensive as my previous gardener, but I went with him after meeting. For a few weeks, things were fine. He showed up as scheduled. I was hopeful. However, all along there were quality concerns. Drip systems were not balanced so plants either got too much or too little water. Lawn mowing was haphazard, leaving the corners untrimmed and unsightly. No lawn edging. Some plants died. Although there is a ficus hedge, he only mowed and blew off the sidewalks. No trimming or other services contemplated by our agreement. The yard actually deteriorated over this period of time and requires significant work to bring it back. Then, without communication, he simply stopped showing up and did not respond to texts for several weeks of scheduled visits. I hope he's ok, but I have had to move on to a more precise service and one that consistently adheres to schedule. We have work done by this company and unfortunately the job was not done well. We've contacted the company multiple times to come fix the irrigation system them up in and they refuse to come see the issues and fix the problems. We just had pvc pipes replaced and added new drips that don't work and now have a leak. They installed DG and that has not been glued down at all and pretty much dirt now... I'm so disappointed because they seems very nice and to know what they were doing. They're licensed, but do not have good customer service or quality of work. read more

Baudelio is a little more expensive that my previous gardener, but his work justifies the additional cost. He comes weekly and will do additional tasks if I ask without a major upcharge. He and his crew are good people and our yard has looked better since he took over. My only complaint is that I wish he was more proactive with trimming, fertilizing, sprinker set up and repair, etc. He seems to be very busy and will do a quick "blow and go" if I don't specifically ask him to take care of something. I don't know much about desert gardens, so I really need someone to take charge of making sure everythng is done right. read more

How good is Baudilio Gardening? My only fear in writing a review is that they will get too much business, because they are terrific. Because I know nothing about landscaping, the most important thing to me is to have a landscaping service where the people spot potential problems before they occur and take the necessary steps to prevent them. Every year, we have come back from our summer travels to a really big bill for new plants to replace those that died over the summer. Not with Baudilio. He is diligent about adjusting the irrigation to keep everything alive and looking good. When he plants, he digs both deper and in a wider area so the the roots are well covered and can spread easily. He trims our trees and shrubs regularly, and maintains a natural look; because that is what we want. Whatever he suggests, he tries to miniize the cost. For example, rathe than replacing all our DG, he patches where it has gotten thin. We've had no communication problems at all; his team shows up on time. We had been using a big company that increased prices every year, but we stayed with them for ten years; what drove us to look for a replacement was that we had to tell them what was not looking good. We feel blessed to have Baudilio looking after our yard. It has never looked better. read more
