BEWARE!!! Please avoid going to this company for services. I have had the worst experience with Odine. She is eager to take your money but doesn't follow through. I have had to constantly follow up with her multiple times for updates and she doesnt respond back for days. And that is because i kept texting her. I have basically been doing her job following up with 401k company for this QDRO. It's been frustrating working with her and them. This has caused me soo much time,stress and anxiety. She needed to make revisions to the QDRO and she made it sound like she was working on it as it if was that simple. I called the 401k and they told me she has not spoken to the case manager. As paperwork was not filed in court I requested a partial refund. To her credit she gave a refund, much smaller than what was requested. She claimed she was checking every week on case. In fact, I was finding the info myself - but not worth a fight for $200 more. Her ad makes it sound like it is a legal team, when by all appearances, it seems more to be a one woman operation. Maybe she can do good work but check reviews (I wish we had done so) and know that she can become quite difficult to get a hold of. I cannot recommend to hire her. She answered my calls promptly before giving her payment and after receiving my payment she wouldn't return my calls she would only text or email. She promised to have my paperwork filed by a specific date, which she didn't do and only after numerous calls, emails and text messages did she finally file the paperwork and did so incorrectly. Going through custody battle is so hard already but to have a paralegal that only cares about herself is even harder. Most alarming was the fact that she had used the same reasons for unacceptable service, that her cousin had died and that she had family issues she had to deal with. I actually felt sorry for her Coincidentally, I ran into an old friend and as we were catching up, we realized that we had both used Odine Limansky services with identical results. Therefore this friend sued her back in 2018. Here are my facts; 1. She failed to explain the Post Judgement form to me and checked the incorrect box that stated all paperwork was submitted and had all the supporting documents included in the filing. a. In court the Judge said that there were no supporting documents. Obviously, I had all the documents with me at court but they were not admitted because they weren't filed as required. which resulted in the Judge denying all my requests. b. Attorney fee request was denied by the court because she claims to be my attorney. I discussed this beforehand and she worded it differently, as these fees were only requested by me because I was forced to go back to court to enforce the judgment. c. The Spousal or Domestic Partner Support Declaration Attachment request for alimony for one contained many errors which I had to amend. For example, she stated that the Petitioner was requesting an adjustment in alimony and not the Respondent requesting it. This was unacceptable. This was denied due to FL150 having no supporting documents NOT because of how much money either individual makes. d. Visitation of the family pet. Supporting documents weren't filed. f. Request to have QDRO enforced was denied because, again, she did not submit the request to the court correctly. And I ended up filling the forms on my own and the Joiner was accepted. g. LASTLY the request that the petitioner be found in Contempt is was also denied for not BEING IN PROPER FORMAT. read more

My ex-wife sent me paperwork for a child support amendment from Orange County Child Support Services for my 17 year old son after he told her he didn't want to live with her anymore. My unfortunate journey through divorce with my ex became a nightmare thanks to Odine. I started my divorce filing before covid lock down in Nov 2019. My divorce finalized in Feb 2021!!!! It was absolutely a nightmare having to call the courts myself and hearing how Odine didn't file on time or file correctly on my behalf. Court clerk reviewed my case and gave me advice on what to do and Odine kept telling me they were wrong. That's only when I can get a hold of Odine to respond to my calls and emails. I get that covid was tough on everyone. Courts were closed for a while which delayed the process. That alone was frustrating but how Odine handled my divorce was absolute horror. No communication. On multiple occasions both my ex and I would email or call 4-5 times with absolutely no response. Blame the court clerk for her mistakes. She made a mistake on division of property between me and my ex and it was about to be notarized if my ex had not caught it. When asked Odine about it she replied, "we're human, we make mistakes. I'm going to go now." This isn't all...court didn't receive my documents when I paid extra to file expedited and Odine told me that her courrier dropped off my documents on time. She ended up refunding my money because my paperwork was NOT expedited. She again blamed the court, but the court clerk stamped my paperwork 6 months later!!! Court clerk explained all documents coming in get stamped the day it comes in as received as some filings are time sensitive. They stamp all documents everyday as they empty the inbox everyday. She also tried to blame her courier stating that she does not use that courier anymore due to issues she has had with them... I'm not sure how to even begin, loosing my stepmother two years after loosing my dad, was just heartbreaking. I contacted Odine to see if she would able to do the probate process. Well, that was in January 2019, we filed paperwork and sold my parents house. Court date came, I had no idea what to expect or how much of a nightmare this was going to be. She did not file correctly, the judge said, "sorry now you need to get a bond for the estate in the amount of $600,000.00". We did not have that kind of money. At the next court date I was able to ask the judge to bring the bond amount down to $300,000.00. We secured a bond, then I was told that I needed a probate referee to go through all the assets and give an accounting. During this time Odine was nowhere. I'd call, text and email her. Sometimes it would be weeks before she would respond, and all she would do is extend the court dates. Because the court dates were extended, for over a year, we had to renew the bond and pay agin. It's now October 2022 and I'm thinking, it's finally going to be over. iI takes me weeks to finally get a response from Odine, she assures me that it's done. GREAT ! But NOPE ! I spend another month or so trying to get a hold of Odine and nothing ! I find out that we should have filed more paperwork, a 541 form. Now it's Late January 2023 I filed the 541 form myself, still hearing nothing from Odine. She is the most unprofessional person ever. I would never recommend her for any type of legal matter! I hired Odine Limansky to process a Trust Transfer and Record the Deed in September 2017. As I'm now getting ready to sell the property I've learned from other legal and real estate professionals that she made two mistakes with recording the documents. The parcel number and the land description were completely done wrong. I've had to pay the current experts to fix her mistakes to get everything in order for the sale. I called Odine to explain the situation and she reviewed her files / docs and saw her mistakes. But she will not give me any type of a refunded from the $250 she was paid.
