Initially I was impressed with their service. Hired them to start my S -Corp. They filed all paperwork in a timely manner, displayed good communication, and answered all my questions, however, my tax accountant filed my taxes for the S-Corp and the IRS sent me a letter stating my S-Corp status was not valid. I needed to form a professional corporation for a new company (private mental health practice) with proper legal integrity to ensure it is durable and sound. I compared several firms before selecting Andy's team to work with.
