Such a huge disappointment. Started off wonderful and actually crazy impressive. (I certainly fell for all the 5 Star Ratings). - I was the "little guy" against the "Big Bad Corporate Giant". As soon as we went from hourly to contingency, (as soon as his initial attempts to resolve the matter failed and my case turned to actual "hard work"), Jesse all but disappeared. Very difficult to get ahold of, lots of dodge-and-weave with specifics. He even offered to reduce his fees, (3x, once in front of my wife), should we need to settle for less that he had originally suggested our case was worth. - We did have to settle for MUCH less than he suggested the case was worth and when reminded of his reduction offer, we got a song-and-dance about how his fees had actually gone up recently and what other attorneys charge and so on. - Jesse states that he has recently switched sides to defend the "little guy". In our experience with him, he never really did switch sides, cuz this "little-guy" got screwed in the interest of expediency. read more
