What's even dumber is I had waited over 4 weeks, but called Bright Now just to ask if I got approved. They said no. So I waited another week or so and called again. They said no and I need to wait longer because my appointment was last week. IT WAS NOT. I ONLY CALLED. My actual appointment was over a month ago. I keep track of this stuff on my phone's calendar. Whoever is keeping records here needs to be fired. They have ALWAYS messed my stuff up and when I try to correct them, they just insist harder that they're right and I'm wrong.
