Never been to this office and refuse to go for this reason: called to see if they were accepting…read morenew patients, person asks me what insurance I have which is typical but what they said after that shocked me. They told me to have my medical records sent to the office so the doctor could review them and he would determine if he would accept me as a patient after that. Now what ethical doctor picks his patients like that? I also heard of someone who was asked over the phone what kinds of meds they were on and when they asked the receptionist why, they were told they would not have been accepted if they had been on certain drugs. Unbelievable. Something just isn't right here.

The waiting room is open and inviting, with plenty of sitting, reading materials and TVs. They have a quick and easy check in process. They always accepted the insurance changes I went through, they accept credit card and cash payments. However my favorite Nurse Practitioner has moved to another speciality and I had to choose another dr. This has only happened twice since I have been there. I get my results discretely and reminders for my check up in a friendly postcard. I will continue going here for the convenience and the staff.

She had an opportunity through Casey's Law to go to rehab for a real chance at recovery. The court took Dr Zoeller's recommendation over a true addiction specialist! I don't know if I'm more angry at him or the judge! If she dies, I'll blame both of them! Stay in your lane Zoeller!
