I called the place that fills the prescription myself was told they have been on back order for a few weeks now and that all this information is in the system accessible to the Walmart employee who pretty much gave me the run around. Why the eye care employees didn't inform me of that and why they kept feeding me false information when a simple call that I took into my own hands to find out where the hell the glasses were was enough for me to never go back there. I am going on 2 weeks now STILL without my damn glasses. I would of never ordered them from the start if I knew it was gonna take this long.

They had everything from furniture, house decor, clothing, and books here. Some items were very high priced and others very reasonable. So a nice mixed bag here. Overall we had a good time browsing even though on this particular trip we did not make a purchase. Rather large store and looked like one worker who was busy working behind the counter but in our brief encounter he seemed pretty nice and friendly. Overall cool shop that's very unique.

I have been their patient for some time. I showed up for my annual check up and was shown the door. They no longer take medicaid (effectively discriminating against disabled, elderly and unemployed people) and are "too busy" to inform their patients about the change (their words not mine) ahead of their visit. They could "hardly contact every client" about an insurance change (Again their words.) Does anyone else get inundated with reminder messages or even advertising messages? Evidently Clarkson's does have the capacity and they are well able to contact all their patients with useful tidbits of information.They just don't think some things are worth mentioning or is it that some of us are not worth contacting? They would rather waste our time than take the trouble. I do value your time. Don't go there.

A year after I bought them they broke. I fell asleep wearing them. At the same time my husband was a year into his cancer treatment and it wiped out are savings. I went to Clarkson's and ask them if they fix them. I told them I couldn't afford a new pair at that time. They didn't ask why they just fixed them using parts they had already. No charge. Well I recently broke them again. I went back but the girl who fixed them no longer worked there. So I left. Then to my surprise they must have looked up my number and called saying they could try to fix them. They took time to do this and didn't just forget about the lady with the broken frames. The people there are thoughtful and kindhearted folks.
