They want you to sign a contract to be a "valued customer" for a year yet they don't hold up there end of the deal to automatically refill you like they are supposed too. Still no delivery in sight, and we are under 15% on the tank with single digit temps ahead. Let's not forget the famous last words of the call center.... "we will deliver, baring any unforseen circumstances." Hope this helps your decision.
