I worked directly with Jerred and he was amazing! He came out (On Labor Day!!!) and 100% saved me. It was warm, and I had a bunch of family in town for the holidays and an extremely hot house wasn't going to work for me. I called Holtzople around 10 am, they answered the phone live (only company I could find that didn't go to VM) and Jerred was out within a few hours. He was very informative and quick (which was important because, no offense to Jerred, I prefer to spend the holiday with my family instead of him) and didn't even charge extra because it was a holiday. Turns out I had a contactor that went bad (he showed it to me... it was literally burnt at the top) and was a pretty quick and easy fix. The technician arrived on time and conducted a very thorough check of the system. He found and corrected an issue with the thermostat. He only charged me for the diagnosis/service call.
