That's when I encountered what can only be described as the most unprofessional, rude, and downright hostile "Office Manager" I've ever dealt with. From the second she answered the phone, her tone was nasty and combative. All I was trying to do was confirm the new appointment and ask about bringing some additional supplies for the technician to review. Instead, she started making sarcastic remarks about pricing, cut me off repeatedly, and acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking basic scheduling questions. Then, in what felt like a spiteful tantrum, she confirmed my appointment for today--only to call back moments later, talk over me again, hang up on me mid-sentence, cancel the appointment, and send the technician home. All within the span of a few minutes. It's clear from other negative reviews that I'm not the first person to be treated this way by her. This level of customer hostility is unacceptable and seriously damaging to the business. If the owners care at all about their reputation, they need to address this person's behavior immediately. She's single-handedly driving customers away.

The well water in my house started smelling like sewer. Kris said the smell is from minerals. He…read morewent into the crawl space and discovered the pressure tank that takes the water from the well into the house was gushing out water. I had no idea how long that was happening. I am elderly and can't get down under the house to keep an eye on things down there. I asked if he could put a sensor on the replacement tank that would alert me when there was a problem. He came up with a MUCH BETTER idea! He put the new tank in a closet up here in the house so I can monitor and turn off the water supply any time I need. I will also be able to change the sediment filter and UV light bulb. And I can purchase those supplies from Kris so I don't have to go out to the store to get them. All the sediment that was stirred up by the constant water flow also affected my hot water heater. Kris and his assistant replaced that too. From my perspective there appeared to be up to an hour and a half of downtime while the lead electrician waited for two other workers to arrive with some of the parts rather than working on projects that didn't require any additional parts. Also, he took at least two lengthy personal calls that showed up as billable hours. I won't hire Ken Adams Mechanical again.
