Had the appointment set up for the next day so I go in today at my scheduled appointment not a minute late and they didn't have me in the computer. I even showed the receptionist working, my call list to prove when I called and when they called me back and how long the conversation was. It's incredible how the most basic fundamental business skills may be talking over the phone, and they couldn't get that right. I have called in the past and there was no answer. So this incident was the tipping point. I have had services in the past year at the Heat salon with no complaints. Well this time maybe there are new staff who lack the basic communication skills. Either way quite dissatisfying. Unfortunately they are no longer my backup salon.

Called 1 1/2 hour prior to closing and they had an opening for gel manicure and pedicure along with a kids pedicure. They really took their time with both of our pedicure's and I unfortunately have dry feet and they were nice and gave extra care and attention to the heels and toes and even gave me items to use at home to make sure my feet stay top notch. They did do my hands and feet in the massage chair which was very pleasant and made sure I was pleased with the service throughout. I would 100% return as I loved the attention to detail and very friendly staff.
