Found out about this location from family member that said this is the place to go in Mankato for manicure and pedicures and I agree 100%! Called 1 1/2 hour prior to closing and they had an opening for gel manicure and pedicure along with a kids pedicure. They really took their time with both of our pedicure's and I unfortunately have dry feet and they were nice and gave extra care and attention to the heels and toes and even gave me items to use at home to make sure my feet stay top notch. They did do my hands and feet in the massage chair which was very pleasant and made sure I was pleased with the service throughout. I treated myself to a gel manicure for my birthday and I am so happy I went with Infiinty. They're taking all precautions to make sure the salon is Covid-safe. Crystal did an amazing job on my nails, and she was delightful to chat with during the manicure. Their pricing is great too, especially for the quality; it's only $30 for an excellent gel manicure. If I could give this place a half a star, I would. I selected the $35.00 pedicure and expected the full treatment that they described in the deluxe package. The whole soak, clip, scrub, and paint probably took less than 10 minutes. It took longer for me to select a color and for the paint to dry than for them to work on me. The technician said she was the fastest one, but to me that is a problem. Part of this is the experience of going to a nail "spa". The quality is so poor, she didn't file the nail and just clipped them. She didn't trim the skin around the nails. She didn't moisturize and soak up the dry skin areas. It was just so poor quality it pained me to pay them for something that I could have quickly done on my own. The massage chair was good, but not $35.00 for 10 minutes kind of good. I made an appointment here because it is really close to where I live and when I called they weren't too busy. The first nail tech was a very nice guy named Alex? I read reviews on here as I was waiting to get sat down in the chair so I was pretty skeptical. I asked for the natural pedicure ($35) and received what I asked for. The place was pretty empty, as in, just me. Another nail tech did my gel manicure ($30). (Didn't catch her name unfortuneShe was very nice! I'm not a huge fan of when people constantly dig and try to find stuff to talk about so we didn't talk much and i was 100000% ok with that. (I know it's different for everyone) Overall, it turned out really good. They even gave me a guarantee that they'd fix my gel up to 4 days if it chips. I'm definitely going to come here again in a few weeks to get a new color. I don't think people should let reviews from months ago affect a business now! Give em a chance. read more

Hands down fantastic experience!!! I was in town for the day and looked to Yelp to help me find a good place for a mani/pedi. I parked free on the street and walked in at about 11:30 on a Tuesday. I was promptly greeted and my questions about services/pricing were answered. I got a gel mani and regular pedi for $62. Wish I could have taken a picture of the price list for Yelp, but I know it's available on their website. Both ladies who did my nails put up with my indecisiveness about color choice and even went so far as to stop what they were doing and go find me colors that they thought I would like. They even tried the colors on their own nails to show me how they looked, which was super helpful because we all know that the colors can look different on swatches compared to real nails. I forgot the name of my pedicurist but she was very kind, calming, and provided a great foot massage. I got a basic pedicure: she offered me other options but wasn't pushy like some service providers can be. Sam did my gel manicure and I absolutely LOVE IT! I tried "cat eyes" on top of my normal polish. It's a new nail trend that involves shimmery paint and a magnetic wand (no joke- google it)! SO COOL!!! Sam was on her A-game and seriously got in the zone when doing my nails. Perfectionist for sure! They both were! I will definitely be back next time I'm in Mankato. If it was less than an hour away, I might actually drive here from the cities!!! read more

If I would have reviewed this place based on my first experience 3 weeks ago, it would have been 5 stars. I had acrylic nails with gel polish put on - the owner did my nails and did a BEAUTIFUL job. However, today I made an appointment at 2:45pm to get the acrylics off and to get a regular polish on over my real nails. I was seated right away, and promptly had BOTH my hands crammed into a tiny bowl of acetate to dissolve the acrylics. The store got busy, and I got moved from my comfy chair to the back of the drying station while my hands soaked. Only there wasn't room at wrist level for my hands (which were uncomfortably crammed into a tiny bowl), so they put the bowl at eye level so I had to reach WAY up to soak my hands which proceeded to make my shoulders hurt. Then they went on to help multiple customers coming through the door before coming back to me. I was grabbed and taken to a manicure station at 3:35pm, RUSHED through a manicure, and sent on my way without oil or lotion on my cuticles even though they left my hands soaking in acetate for 50 minutes which dried my hands out like crazy. I got to my car to finally look at the rushed manicure and saw there was bubbles ALL over. I was very unsatisfied with my experience today. read more

I went in for a gel manicure. I prefer my nails short. After the first round of clipping and shaping I politely asked if that was the final shape or if she still had some work to do (all nail techs seem to operate differently). She said she was done shaping, so I asked if she could make my left and right hand even in length. My nail tech was annoyed and told me some of her clients the left hand longer than the right. I told her I prefer my nails the same length and shape. After another hack job at the shape and length I just came to the conclusion that this wasn't going to be the experience I was expecting. My nails vary in length and I could have shaped them better myself. I wouldn't recommend or bother coming back. read more

This place was horrible, my daughter and went in here for a girls day before she moved! We were never informed of any up charges whatsoever! I specifically ask for a basic full set! We were expecting to pay $50-$60 all together since that's what the online menu states. When everything was done they charged us $103. When I ask why I was told oh you got this you got that. Which none of the extras they mentioned are on there menu! Since when do you not mention that something is an extra charge before you do it! Completely ruined our day since I was not planning on spending that kind of money! To top it all off my daughter has to go get her nails fixed because over half of them are crooked and lumpy!! I live in Lakeville and I would travel the distance to Mankato anytime for the great service they provide. The salon is classy, professional and elegant. Parking is perfectly convenient as the public ramp is across the street. The ladies there are very expereinced but most importantly - they CARED about how they worked their services. I have been a repeat customer here for over 7 months. I have given them 2 extra chances, but I am done. I have called and made appointments only to be told to wait another 10-15 minutes each time I show up on time. It is called a nails "SPA" yet I have sat in a chair by the dryers and have had to have a towel over my lap while they stand over me putting the foil over my nails. I even asked today how long it would be to wait to get to do this at a station and was told an additional 15 minutes of my already 15 minute wait time. Sadly, I have had the same woman do my nails - just bad luck, and I asked for someone else when I called only to be told no and then hung up on. The owner Virginia, completely 3 sets of dipped nails while my worker just did mine. I'm pretty sure she did a step wrong because she redid a couple nails before moving on to another step. I was there for 1 hour 45 minutes. The end result has been quite nice. I have been very satisfied with that. If you have a lot of time to kill, then it might b a good fit for you. Got a fill last week.. took her 20 minutes, felt like she was rushing to get done. None of my nails were smooth or even.

They're 3/5. Not too bad but not too good. I flip flopped between 2-3-4 through my entire visit and now that it's been about two weeks, I know how I feel. I went in as a walk-in and got treated kind of poorly, as if I wasn't good enough for making an appointment. There's no tv for while you wait, only awkwardly placed chairs. When I finally got my turn, I was given a different quote than what I was told online was for acrylic nails. Luckily, I was able to get what their price for the set I got... which is too much. My nails, while they're all the same size, have bubbles in the polish. The woman (Tina) was quiet and didn't really talk, she expected me to pay her in the middle of it all, which was a bit awkward. Crystal, however, was with another customer while I was getting my nails done, and she was paying a lot more attention, was having an actual conversation and made me feel like I was wanted there. Next time, I'll make an appointment and schedule it with her. Oh! And bring cash. They charge more for credit cards. read more
