I left a message in the client portal, emailed twice, and called multiple times to a voicemail that doesn't accept messages. No response at all. Very unprofessional! After review of my taxes myself, I discovered that Neil made multiple mistakes. Missed amounts that were on the financial forms I submitted. Just sloppy work on his part. I trusted him & had been a loyal client. My bad for not thoroughly double checking his work, but his bad for not double, triple checking the numbers as a tax professional. This is an honest review & I'm hoping to save others from him. If you ever get audited, he'll ghost you & you'll be on your own.

When I arrived (no more than 4 minutes after 9), the office door was locked, and no one was there. I double-checked the suite number, asked someone in the building if I might be in the wrong place, and still couldn't locate him. I called twice with no answer and couldn't leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. I also emailed to let him know I was on-site and trying to reach him, and I received no response. I then tried contacting him through the online tax document portal chat function (which he instructed me to use to upload my documents), and still no response. I took time off work and used PTO to make this appointment. Given that I was asked to upload sensitive personal information (driver's license, SSN, and tax documents), being completely ghosted at the last minute is unacceptable. I would not recommend a tax professional who confirms an appointment, is a no-show, and provides no communication.
