We continue to use Bay Area Airport Shuttle for all of our trips. We have always had early morning pick-ups (before 6 a.m.) to the airport and late evening airport pick-ups to return home. Still the best shuttle service. I hadn't been travelling much since the pandemic. I find that booking with a shuttle service is worth the money and more reliable. Sammy was responsive as always as I asked a few questions via email. I had a very early flight and was happy to see Jay again. He is super easygoing and of course drives safely. He was a few minutes early, which I appreciated. When I landed back home, Jay texted me he was there-- it did take me a while to get my bag but he was patient. Don't book this service if you travel with small kids. They charged me addional 30 dollars each way for a car seat, but their driver did not even know how to install the car seat safely. The driver kept trying to convince me the installation was safe despite the fact that the car seat could move like a swing, and even told us to use our hands to hold the car seat. We told him that it's illegal to install the car seat in that way in California, but he did not want to listen to us and seemed very impatient until we called his boss. While we were trying to help the driver to install the car seat, we found that the car seat was probably actually broken and was also extremely dirty. It did not seem usable at all. After wasting 40 minutes with the driver, I had to take Uber home instead and drove my own car back to SFO to pick up my wife and kid. read more

It's so much better using them compared to Uber because you let them know where to pick you up. At SFO or SJC, there is no need to walk all the way a central pick up point with all your luggage. This is by far the best shuttle service ever. It's a little more expensive than other car services but it's worth it, imo, and they have always been right on time. The drivers are always polite and great coversationalists or not if you don't want to talk (Jay is my favorite and he's a great driver!). They always load and unload my bags and even bring them to my front door for me. It's easy to schedule a ride via email and they respond very quickly. The vehicles are comfortable and well maintained. I feel like a rock star when they pick me up and I don't have to fight to find a cab or wait for a Lyft/Uber because they're always right there ready for me when my flight arrives. Disappointing. We booked a shuttle for 10 people, plus luggage to SFO. The day before pick up, we were notified that the shuttle wasn't available and we would be picked up with 2 different cars. One of the cars was a suburban and had to accommodate 6 people. The vehicle had enough seating for all of us, but the driver asked us all to enter the vehicle so he could fill in empty spaces between us with our luggage. We were packed in there! It was not comfortable. It was also a hot day and the driver could not figure out how to turn on the AC in the back row. It was super hot back there. One of the passengers had to tell him how to do it. We were told that we would get a discount on the return trip for the inconvenience of having 2 vehicles instead of one shuttle. We had less people on the return trip so we had more room. However, they did NOT honor the discount! On that fact alone, they should get one star. I'm giving them 2 stars because they were on time, the drivers were very nice and the vehicles were clean. I would not use them again though. No integrity with respect to promises made. read more

I have used Bay Area Airport Shuttle several times for trips to and from SJC and SFO. They are outstanding. First, requesting a pick up is very easy online and the confirmation comes quickly. When I have had a question, I have texted Sammy and he immediately responds. Second, every pick up at our home has been on time. The drivers have always been friendly and help load our luggage into the vehicle. Pick ups at an airport have involved clear text messaging between the driver and us to ensure we find one another. Again, they are always on time and friendly. Third, the vehicles are clean and spacious. There is plenty of room for our luggage and us. Fourth (and this is very important), the drivers have all driven safely. They are NEVER texting or distracted. They don't speed or make sketchy maneuvers. They focus on safely and efficiently getting you where you need to be. Fifth, their pricing is very reasonable for the service they are offering. Overall, I am happy to have found Bay Area Shuttle Service and will continue to use them for all of my airport transportation needs. read more

We had to be at SFO by 6:00 a.m. coming from San Jose. Jai was a little early which was nice. No running to get in the car and leave. He helped us get our luggage in the car and patiently waited while we fumbled around so early in the morning. I agree with the previous reviews. I have been using their service for several years and Sammy has been great. However, last time they sent a new driver who was extremely rude and made racist remarks. My building's elevator broke down while hauling my luggage downstairs and I had to carry all the luggage via stairs and this caused a 10-15 mins delay in leaving my place for the airport. I have an outstanding customer service experience that highlights the quality of professional care of Raj, Sammy, and the team. In mid-March, I had a flight out of SFO that required a pickup at my house at 5:30 AM. When it was 10 minutes late, I wondered why I hadn't heard from the driver, who has always been early and texts me with their ETA. So, I called the main number for a status check. I learned I had made a mistake of scheduling (and confirming!) the online reservation for the same day in the next month! Yikes! Now what? Raj quickly says he'll check if a driver is available, some of whom live near me, so chances are good I can still get the ride to SFO on time. 10 minutes later, Raj calls back to say the driver didn't answer, but he was working on Plan C. 5 minutes later, Raj calls to say a driver will pick me up at 6:20-ish. Hooraaay! A solution in less than 20 minutes! Wait, it gets better... As it turns out, I learned from Raj the BAAS team switched up assignments, redirected my driver from his scheduled pickup in Livermore and reassigned another driver in his place. Before we arrived at SFO, Raj called me back to say he changed my incorrect return trip reservation to the correct month and day so that I wouldn't have to do it myself. That was how my guys at Bay Area Airport Shuttle are my team for getting to the airport.
