They are professional, efficient, on-time, send reminder notices of pick-ups, and will even pick-up beverages you wish to have on board for your travels. I was more than impressed LUCKY7 and wished they were in my area so that I could use them for all of my transport needs. Wonderful experience! Definitely recommend for anyone traveling to and from airports. Lucky7 car service provided us with the infant car seat. We had 8 luggage bags and the car felt like it had space for more ! They coordinated really well in terms of pick up point and time etc. On top of that, Padam, the driver was really compassionate and patient throughout with us as our 5 month old baby was crying non-stop for the entire duration of the journey. Padam is absolutely phenomenal to work with and wow, the service he provides is truly top notch, incredibly professional and all with a very caring spirit. I needed transport that would do a 2 destination pick up to and from airport, and a baggage meet and greet after arrival to help with luggage. I checked with several companies and either they don't do a baggage meet and greet, or they charge an extraordinary amount. Of course, I expect to pay more for this service, but what some of these companies were asking for was nearly double the amount of the ride. The quote I received from Padam was incredibly fair and that's how my family and I started our transportation journey with him. The vehicle that he arrives in is just beautiful. It's so roomy, classy and always immaculate both outside and inside. He always has water to offer, he helps my Mom with her luggage from her front door and he's so reliable that I never have to double check on his arrival time to or from the airport. He tracks the flight on the arrival and at SJC, parks right outside the doors so it's steps away from baggage claim. Excellent. Arrived on time and continued to stay in communication until we were picked up. We needed to go through immigration and had only a rough estimate of pick up time, but were accommodating and professional. Car was clean, well kept. The driver helped with loading and unloading our luggages. He even helped move them one flight of stairs near our apartment. Car seat was very clean and my toddler was very comfortable in it. There is no extra charge for requesting Car seats, which is a nice touch. We got there in plenty of time! Returning 3 weeks later, he was already in the waiting area. He asked for flight information beforehand so he can track our flights. We ended up arriving early. After being away for so long, all I wanted was to see my kids. I was contacted before I got off the plane. Superb service! You can pre-pay or pay at the time. Either way works. Gotta love Yelp for finding awesome places! I had to take a cab to SJC at 5 AM on a Monday, and I found Lucky7Cab through Yelp. 5 stars with 72 reviews, unheard of for a taxi service! Booked my appointment online, and received a confirmation so quickly, I was a bit weirded out. Followed up with a call to make sure everything was good, and sure enough, as reviewers wrote, I received a text reminder, and then a call 10 minutes before my pickup time. Got a minivan all to myself, and although I had to help the driver with the directions to the airport (although he had a GPS), and he was a bit talkative. I was not in a very talkative mood after only a couple hours of sleep. But we got to the airport in no time, and I haven't used a cab in so long, that I never knew how nifty their little iPhone credit card swipers and being emailed right away with the receipt was. But I digress. My driver was Padam, the owner, and he arrived 10 minutes before the pickup time so that we could leave right on time. He was courteous and cheerful. The cab was clean and roomy. Prices are listed on their website- $3/mile plus a $5 fee for airports. No hidden charges, and they accept credit cards. They have a dozen cabs, which means they're able to fulfill many bookings, but it's always best to book at least a couple days in advance. Usually my company would just get me a nice black car service for work travel when i lived in Dublin and had to fly out of Oakland because it was cheaper than parking. Now that i live in South Bay and my closest airport is SJC, the service they arranged suck or the one i prefer is too expensive. So in the end they allowed me to arrange my own car service as long as i stayed within budget. So I searched through trusty yelp since i didnt want just any cab service but took into consideration my company's strict travel budget and behold I found Lucky 7 cab. They are courteous and reliable plus their cost is very competitive. i even use them to take me to the airport for personal travel on my own dime. Padam (the owner i think) is the driver i usually get and hes always on time or early and never rushed. The car is always clean and similar to black car service without the high price tag. One time it was another gentleman (his brother?) and i still got the same great service. Nice clean car and friendly staff. They are my go to car service and i hate to share them but we all know what it is like to find a clean reliable car service here, especially to the airport.
