I called in and spoke to Eric to get a quote for tinting the front and rear windows of my new model 3. Although the pricing seemed more than what I wanted/expected to spend he was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining why the pricing reflected the work needed to tint a Tesla specifically CORRECTLY since the rear windows are so large compared to other cars. I wanted someone trustworthy and after some research I realized his pricing was reasonable especially since a family member of mine paid more than what Eric quoted me and his 2020 model 3 has already started bubbling! Eric was able to book me the following week based on my availability and I was the only one scheduled for that day which I appreciate because you can tell he took the time to perfect my windows! He sent me a video and pictures of the car before pick up and even stayed an additional hour past closing to wait for me to pick up the car. When I arrived he showed me pictures of the whole process that was done. I'm hella happy I took my car to this shop. I love how sporty/aggressive the car looks now and I can still see clearly when I drive at night. I definitely recommend & will be coming back here in the future!

I…read morecontacted him to have tint done on my new Audi Q7, he called me back pretty quickly and gave me a quote. We got things scheduled for him to come on a Saturday since I have kids and couldn't wait for the car to be done at his shop. He came and we talked about tint level for each window, level of tint for the front windows, and he began the job. I asked some questions and I can say with confidence that Orlando is very knowledgeable about tint as well as window installation. He's well versed in this industry, without a doubt. The tint was completed in about 2 hours. Now here is where I want to give him the best recommendation to you all because I feel when there's an issue, the resolution provided by the owner is important. No one is perfect, so we have to approach things with grace when things happen, and Orlando did. The next day when it was lighter out, I noticed a few bubbles with debris inside the tint (probably from the garage or outside). I texted Orlando and sent some pics and he asked what day works for him to come back. The pics didn't even go through yet and he was ready to schedule a return to fix things. No questions asked. He wanted me to be 100% happy with my tint. That's how it should be but a lot of people fall short of this standard. Orlando stands on business. When we first spoke about scheduling the tint, I explained how someone previously did tint on my last car and never resolved the issues they left like the trunk tint not sealed around the edges. He told me, "I'll never leave a job with the customer unsatisfied." This was so important to me and for this reason I'm glad I chose to go with Obsidian tint. When we rescheduled, Orlando kept me updated on timing and was communicative on any changes. Orlando arrived and we went over the windows I saw issues on. It took about an hour or so and when he was done I went around to review the windows. All I can say is PERFECTION!!!! I've never seen such a clean, precise tint. Thank you again for making my beautiful Audi look even more amazing. You get what you pay for and I can say from experience that you should go with Obsidian Auto Glass and Tint because this company and its owner goes above and beyond for customers to give them the quality everyone should provide.
