I had some bad marks on my hood as you can see in the third photo. I was just starting to shop around to get the front of my car repainted and just by dumb luck ended up talking to George at All-N-1 first. He said I might not need to repaint if they could buff it out. One of his guys tried a couple things immediately and I was amazed at how great the test area looked! Not only did it remove the problem on the hood, it looked better than the rest of the car! I decided on the spot to have him do the entire car!! Came back the following day to pick it up, and you can see the results!!! I'm bringing my F150 to him next to repaint the Oxford white paint that is peeling off. I took my truck to get fixed after a hit and run. At first they were very nice and promised a great outcome. Almost a month later I picked up my truck after I made many phone calls and spoke to the owner he said it was done. THAT WAS A LIE! Mind you I had to pay for a rental car the whole time since I was told one thing and they did another . Old Parts were put back on that were to be put back on as new since he charged my car insurance for them. Then when I called him to tell him he treated me like I was lying about it. He acted like he did me a favor by charging me 4000 instead of the 4200 that was to be paid. He didn't replace other items and if I add everything up that he didn't replace it's about that same amount of money so he didn't do me a favor. He actually kept more money than he was supposed to. I had to call him to put my license plate back up in the front. He claims that normally cars don't have license plate in the front. I said if it came with the license plate in the front, it's meant to be there the hooks to the trailer in the front of the truck we're not replaced. They were just painted he offered to replace them, but to be honest at this time I'd rather not go to his place and just go somewhere else I would stay away from this place they're nice in the beginning once they have your vehicle there for work they switch up on you. And they used my truck to pick up parts from the dealer. Don't they have their own cars to do that instead of the customers . Look at the picture it's from before and after. Same parts. After taking the truck to him in person he finally realized that indeed I was right. And finally acknowledge that indeed they were not replaced just painted and they did a lousy job with it and he was willing to replace them while I waited in the body shop. I've never been the person to leave reviews but there was only one problem which happened to be a slightly big problem, I have never had any issues with my serpentine belt or any area inside my engine bay. I keep up with my Maintenance on my car including too I do preventive maintenance on my vehicle . I got my car polished and was offered an engine bay detailing service at the shop which I agreed to. I have not driven the car for a week and a half due to my job sending me to Lake Tahoe for work. once I came back I finally was able to drive my car Again and while driving I lost power steering on the freeway and had to exit the first opportunity I got. This was rather scary and a very dangerous situation that I encountered. When I checked to see what went wrong my serpentine belt was tore up and had came off its pulleys, my serpentine belt was fairly new I had replaced it about 6 months ago so it had no cracks or tears and had not had any issues whats so ever. I had even replaced 3 of my pulleys as well so it was all fairly new. The shop had been the only people who touched my engine bay because of the detailing, I figured and understood that maybe some detailing product seeped on the belt which caused it to slip from my pulleys and tear. I understand mistakes happen and I wasn't mad about the situation due to me being able to exit safely and there was no harm caused. I called the shop owner the next day and explained to him the situation in which he told me he would pay for the belt, i called him and let him know that the cost of the labor for putting the belt was $150 in which he told me that he would not pay for the labor and only the belt and then proceeded to tell me that his shop could have put the belt on, but never once gave me the option or suggested to bring the car back to his shop when I mentioned the issue. I then tried to ask him if we can split the labor cost in which he still rejected it and told me that he wasn't going to pay for no labor. He took half of the responsibility by paying for my belt but didn't take 100% responsibility and never once gave the option of bringing the car back to the shop so they can fix the issue ??? I was very disappointed with the costumer service and I have never had any issues with my serpentine belt until after engine detailing service. Besides that they left the car good. read more

Now a days business grows within customer review and experience so one can grow for better or worst. I don't review bad unless I personally can walk on those shoes!! My boyfriend decided to take his own actions and start painting his 1990 Truck. After holding off for quite some time we decide to proceed and drop off the truck April 2021(and with parts ).The estimate time we had been given was 6 week with the truck in shop and 2k In hand. Communication was always with excuses and delay of time.We are in December 21,2021 and the truck was ready for pick up we are unhappy for the fact that it took way over the expected time, and on top of that he still ask for more money(his tip)!! Now how do expect business if you take long, and to top off didn't do what you promised! Left the interior of the truck bed with the old paint while The outside looks nice. Mind you he still has our parts that I purchased and cost over $3000.! My SUV had an unfortunate dent on the passenger side quarter panel right over the tire. Very unattractive looking along with the paint on the hood splitting as if someone stabbed it with knives. The roof of my SUV also had it's own problems with the sun baking the coating right out the paint.
