I sent George Flanigan a request for quote and service of my 2023 Sundance Cameo 880 series Spa…read moreafter I looked over his website and saw what a great job he did at listing all his spa services and the associated charges. I had a hell of a time with both mildew or mold growth in my spa where I did a complete change of water and a deep cleaning along with a chemical cleaning of the jets just two months ago. Yet I was still getting brown flecks that were coming out the Jets and floating around my spa and I had really lost my patience with it. George contacted me back the same day via email with some very useful information and said he could make it out the next day to look things over and come up with a game plan. He said it sounded like it would be a two-day service where he would have to drain the spa and use a commercial jet cleaner one day and let the spa sit overnight, then refill it and super shock the spa the next day before refilling it and balancing all the chemicals. The knowledge he imparted to me about water chemistry that first day was beyond anything I had ever heard before and there were a few different reasons why I was dealing with the issues that I had. He mentioned there were no guarantees this would take care of the problem but he had handled spas worse than mine before and been able to solve their issues. I have been a spa owner for over 30 years but this new spa has been a real challenge and obviously my chemical balancing wasn't preventing the growth in the spa. Two days later my water is crystal clear and my chemical levels are all completely within safety levels. It's refreshing to find someone in their field of expertise who knows what needs to be done and communicates it flawlessly then executes on the plan with stellar results! I was so impressed with his timeliness and service, I decided to hire him for weekly maintenance on my spa so I wouldn't have to worry about whether I was balancing the chemicals correctly anymore or not. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alumni Pool Service for any kind of pool or spa servicing based on my experience with them!

I can't speak highly enough of Creative Energy and the service they've provided. We purchased a…read moreswimspa from them, but due to contractor difficulties on our end, things went sideways - the spa ended up sitting on top of a concrete pad rather than being sunk into a pit as intended. Once we sorted out a new contractor, Creative Energy -- and in particular Alex (their delivery chief) - rolled up their sleeves and figured out how to move the spa off the pad while we dug the pit, then came back and moved it in once it was ready. None of this was their problem to solve. But it was clear they weren't comfortable leaving a customer in a difficult situation they hadn't caused, and they went well beyond what anyone could reasonably expect to help put things right. That kind of service is rare, and it's exactly why I'd recommend them without hesitation."

I was given a monthly quote of 180.00 all inclusive from the maintenance department to provide requested service. However when my statement arrived, I was charged 354.00. It must've been a mistake so I called and spoke with the manager to make adjustment so charge would reflect the quoted amount of 180.00. Also quoted a repair service that wouldn't cost over 1200.00 and they tried to bill me 400.00 more after. So make sure to read the fine print when doing business with this company. I do not recommend doing business with this company. To Reply to David yes, I did use profanity which I never do but after being ripped off and lied to, and they miss represented their service and repair job anybody would've lost their temper was a horrible experience. I will never recommend them or ever do business with them again very bad total rip off.

Similarly, the guys who came out to train me and do the initial setup were friendly and cool. There is a bit of a used car vibe in buying a hot tub and I did not love that part but once we got past the "sales pitch" part the service seemed very strong. I'd definitely recommend them.

I had the choice between Sundance and Hot Springs, and I chose Sundance based on history. That was a mistake. Recently, the spa's electrical panel failed, which triggered a surge that blew out my dedicated 220 circuits. Despite this being a clear equipment failure on a nearly new spa, both Sundance and Paradise Valley Spas refused to cover the $250 electrical repair bill. For a company to lose a 25-year customer over a nominal $250 fee--after their product caused the damage--is shortsighted and shows a total lack of support for their customers. Buyer Beware: If you are looking for a spa, I would strongly caution you to think twice before buying a Sundance from Paradise Valley Spas. Their "support" ends the moment they cash your check.

We have been lucky to have him. Prior to Jeff, we had over 13 years of our 22 by 40 foot pool that would constantly turn green with algae. It was the chlorine/Shock defying monster. 2 pool cleaning companies basically gave up or were unable to prevent the pool from getting pea soup murky. Often, we could not even see the shallow end of the pool. At the advice of another pool firm, we even re-plastered the pool, hoping it would make a difference. It didn't. When Jeff started, he was confident he could resolve the problem. He systematically optimized the performance of the pool equipment including the pool sweep, pool pump and pool filter. Then he amazingly balanced the pool chemicals (you know the chlorine, soda ash, Shock, muriatic acid, etc.) and in no time, he had cured the algae problem! He is dependable, comes to check the pool regularly and if needed, he would come out extra to ensure the pool stayed clear. It is notable that even when he sometimes had to add additional chlorine, our pool never smelled like excess chlorine. He also ensures the pool equipment is well maintained to maximize cleaning efficiency. If you are having difficulty keeping your pool clean, or if you want to just want to have someone good to work on your pool, I would highly recommend Jeff from Pool Pro.
