He picked it up immediately upon receiving and began reading where he'd left off. Audra quickly responded to my email inquiries. She is personable and professional and had no issue sending me pictures of some of her other book restoration works upon request. As soon as I walked in I was treated as if my presence was an inconvenience. I was able to find a book by the author and even after handing the woman behind the counter was treated as an inconvenience. I was actually shocked by the experience. They were selling a bunch of books as a bundle and even had a sign that the bag they were in wasn't included, just seemed silly to me that they'd sell what looked like at least 20 books then not give you the reusable bags. Sort of chaotic and very small. Not enough room to walk around with other people in there, especially with people checking out. Books are very old and all sort just stacked on top of each other and all over the place.
