When we checked the tag after getting in the car it said 35 so i a 13 year old girl with anxiety issues went in to see if we could ger the 5 dollars back ( the stickers were 1 dollar for 4). But when i did she accused me and my grandpa of putting the price tag on there and was extremely rude. I usually dont complain but she made my grandpa extremely mad and almost made me cry. They need to be less over priced and more friendly she was horrible and was just once again straot up rude. I dont know her name but she was working at 11 on october 30th 2019 i did this in hopes of her getting a scold from her manager or fired. This was what he texted me afterwards: "I talked with Music One and understood that they only claimed to make it workable, not ideal. He said the violin family is not his specialty..." This certainly wasn't what they told me when I dropped my cello off. They certainly didn't give me any indication of this when they charged me the full price of $250 dollars, even when I was surprised respectfully asked if they would consider giving me a discount. They unashamedly charged me full price for a job that they knew was only "workable and not ideal." When I came back to talk it over with them, rather than working with me they made me feel foolish and rude for holding them accountable for their work. This is classic gaslighting. I previously gave them two stars--wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, after discovering that they knew that they were doing subpar work I'm dropping it to one star. This brings their characters into question. It appears to me that they are dishonest and inconsiderate. I certainly won't be giving them any more business.

Perhaps the most delightful surprise was discovering that we'd visited Reloved on Free Book Friday so the entire haul came home without a charge! In the end, we walked away with some kitchen tools, an apron, records, a pile of books, and two 100% wool sweaters that I can't wait to wear--all for $14.
