Gary has a great deal of patience and cares about his work. I was a very unhappy and frustrated person and I appreciate his dedication and perfection. In summary I had purchased storm screens for my patio and my original experience was horrible. Unfortunately, I was provide with poor reckless work from the crew of previously know stormfitters and Westshore homes. There were many issues including significant damage, broken parts, dented covers, and missing parts from the poor installation. One of my storm screens damaged during install requiring replacement of multiple parts for proper function. First off, he showed up when he said he would, and did a great job of confirming our appointment ahead of time, and what to expect. Jeff arrived and did an assessment of our panels, 15 in total he could have repaired, and advised me that only 2 of them really needed any serious repairs and showed me how to lubricate the others that had been making noise. That level of honesty is what I'm looking for in a contractor, and I was really impressed. He quoted me a very fair price and went right to work to make things right again.
