I recently took possession of a house that has been occupied by the same family since 1970. My job was to get the house ready to be cleaned up, painted, carpeted, and then sold. The only problem was the entire house was filled with crap and was otherwise filthy. I tried renting a dumpster and hiring some help. I filled a 20 yard dumpster with the help of two other gentlemen. It took us all day and I was exhausted. Then I noticed Bay Hauling. Bay Hauling sent out a gentleman name Shiloh along with his helper Horacio. They showed up bright and early as expected, and began the process of moving stuff out of the house into the truck. Shiloh and Horacio were extremely pleasant and professional. They were beyond helpful in a great way. Several times during the day, they would ask me about the contents of a particular box. They found pictures that were priceless to me that I probably would have tossed. They save me many precious family memories while keeping , an aggressive pace on emptying the house. We filled their 15 yard dump truck four times. They were always professional and helpful. I can't say enough how much a Shiloh, Horacio, David, and Daniel, helped. Those guys were invaluable. The people in the office were also extremely helpful. They got the billing done quickly and accurately, and were able to provide me with the pictures I need to show the stakeholders that each trip was necessary. I can't recommend these folks enough. If you have a lot of stuff, you just need to get rid of to get on with your life, this is the crew you want. They're punctual, pleasant, professional, and a true godsend. It was a simple fill in your information and appointment is set. Also, if you need to change anything, just give them a call and they change it really quickly. The day of the removal - They called and let me know that they were waiting for me at the site. I drove over and got them to the spot to remove the junk.
