Arranging for our assortment of junk, including a queen sized mattress, to be picked up by North State Hauling was a great experience from start to finish. From talking directly by phone with Kash for a quote, to the prompt pick up, to Sergio's efficient and accommodating pick up, to paying our even lower than expected invoice (nice surprise!) we experienced a rare level of professionalism and friendliness. Kash goes out of his way to promptly and thoroughly answer every question, and clearly prides himself on operating a transparent and well run hauling operation. Sergio got here only half way through our agreed upon window of time, even though their truck had to be jump started just before our pick up time, requiring Kash to drive from Walnut Creek to Alameda to help him.
