My experience with home inspectors has been horrible. I pay a few hundred dollars and get a report that says hot water is running, caulk this or that, a drain plug is missing etc. When i ask if they found a leak that was known they reply with no we didn't, it wasn't raining. Bottomline i've found them to be a joke. Bay Home Inspetions is TOTALLY different! They showed me areas of concern in terms of what i should do going forward and things that i shouldn't be concerned about. what they did do is show me materail things that i should know about and rightfully have the seller address. Honestly the cost a bit more but are worth it. Oh! Also, they are VERY responsive. I had an issue come up and they got up early on the weekend to address it. I reccomend them! read more
