Jared Hyers is a scam! I don't know about others but Jared couldn't even tell me where my AC filter…read morewas located. He said it was on the roof and after I open that hatch he mention there was nothing there, just an outlet. I remember he closing a door in my face to "privately" talk with my realtor without me hearing when he was doing the inspection, which was when I started to double think my choice of inspection company and inspector. Not to mention Mold, apparently he tested my house for mold and it took less than 2 days to get a report that nobody could understand with a comment from him: "Everything is fine, no mold in that house". Overall I paid over $1000 for the worst inspection ever, on a house almost 2000 sq ft he took less than 2 hours to do everything, I think the overall result was subpar and it is a shame I can't get my money back or something, do not choose Jared Hyers, he will scam you! UPDATE: We are only three weeks into the new house and today we had our AC biweekly maintenance and in the picture below you can see all the bacteria there is in my HVAC. Remember, we paid over $1000 including Mold Inspection and this Jared Hyers wasn't able to find all this bacteria that would require only to take off 4 screws in the HVAC! Unbelievable!!! Worst house inspection ever!!!

I've had a wonderful experience working with the office and my inspector Brian Smith who completed…read morea pre-drywall inspection for our new construction. Brian arrived on time, went over major details on site, and provided a thorough report with photos within hours that we were able to provide to our builder. I look forward to working with him again soon when we do our blue tape inspection and feel the cost was very comparable and will help in avoiding potential issues as the build continues.

I recommended this phenomenal inspection company for my buyers and would like to further reiterate…read morethe fact that they are very professional, ethical, trustworthy and did their due diligence to assure a smooth inspection process. Aaron was an amazing and outstanding technician and I will continue to recommend and work with this inspection company. I'd highly encourage those seeking such services you look no further than WayPoint Inspections. Thanks Aaron!

Heavy stone front re-attached to my house using trim cualk(left in gun on the back patio) Leaking toilet Just so everyone knows what this company both misses and plaon ignores! I pointed out the activated damp rid in the closets multiple times a few feet from the bowed bubbled walls with white paint slapped on them, but unfortunately our inspector Donnie was more interested in catching all the Pokémon not the major defects in our home. My children now live in a construction zone with nothing for the holidays due to waypoints negligence. Always do a full report to NIPR against their license number, it is in your inspection report!!! I'm waiting on the last 3 inspections to submit mine.
