When Corey Richardson first showed up he was very professional and well dressed for the job. He was on time and had emailed and texted me reminders of our appointment for the 4 point inspection, which was a big help to me. He completed the job in under an hour. He went through every step of the inspection with me so I knew what needed to be corrected and how to correct those items. He has a way about him that makes you feel comfortable with what he is doing for you and in the end you don't feel like you are being ripped off by a contractor. Pros: on time,knowledgeable, well kept,confident, helpful in explaining things to a homeowner,well prepared, family oriented,friendly, left the work as he found it. We requested a full inspection on our new construction home, the customer service alone was organized, prompt and very professional. My inspection was completed thoroughly and provided an accurate description of all defects in order from minor to major. On top of that I was provided a lifetime subscriptions to "HomeBinder".
