We needed to get rid of a 3 seater couch and an arm chair my mother in law left out in the balcony of her condo. It's been pooped on by birds and ripped apart (so it's super gross, I had to cover black tarp over it just so we don't throw up!) I googled and yelped and Bay Junk was listed as one of the 10 best junk hauling companies in my area so I submitted an online quote. My request was answered within minutes with a very reasonable quote so I called them. Edgardo answered the phone and was super friend and easy to work with. I asked if they can come on Wednesday (I called Tuesday) and they said no problem. On the morning of the scheduled pick up time, they called an hour before to let me know they were on their way. They came on time within the guaranteed time frame. I showed them the items and they were hauled away. Something super funny happened. Apparently, one of the pigeons hid inside the black tarp and was flying/freaking out on the hallway at the condo. (To be honest, I was more freaked out than the pigeon haha) Edgardo was able to catch the pigeon and released him back outside. Thank you Edgardo!
