Attempted to book a same day appointment from their website for yesterday at 8pm... get phone call from "Carlos" at 9am this morning... call them back trying to figure out what happened to yesterday "We aren't open after 8" -- "Well why didnt anyone call back BEFORE 8 and explain this since your online booking offers that time frame" -- "I don't know where you saw that" -- "On your fucking website" -- "You know what, FUCK YOU" and the dude hangs up... How this was ever a "5 star yelp company" (which they advertise on their website) is beyond me... If you want timely and accurate responses from a "same day" company... pick anyone else. Not these guys. Also, their website lists pricing as being based on the space your junk takes up, that is also not true, it is based other things now... all kinds of confusion going on with these people, not the least of which is understanding basic customer service. [Edit: In response to comment from business] "3/19/2017 We understand some customers need a hauling service right away." The appointment was attempted to be scheduled around 5 or 6pm on Saturday (which according to your website, is a perfectly VALID time frame, returning calls 14-15hrs later pretty much guarantees you aren't getting "right away" or "same day" anything. "In this case, we tried to contact the person by phone early in the morning, but nobody picked up the phone. So we left a message." The next day... which nobody was expecting a returned phone call at this point... Your website still says nothing about being closed at 1pm on Sundays and so we had on reason to sit around waiting by the phone for return phone call the NEXT morning. "After 4 hours customer called us back insisting in get our service same day when our business was already closed (Sunday after 1pm)." Absolutely not what happened, I did not try to book any appointment for Sunday, I merely spent several minutes trying to understand *WHY* Saturday went ignored, and how a 12hr+ response time could possibly facilitate a "same day" service. I was looking for *ANSWERS*. I never once mentioned "we need this done today" because we needed it done yesterday like their website promised it could be. "Even though we explained this situation, he abused verbally saying words that we are not willing to tolerate." You basically accused me of lying after saying there was no possible way I booked an appointment for 8pm on Saturday... when you finally cared to ask how I might have done that, I was angry and responded with "on your fucking website", which I can admit is not a "professional" thing to say, but after several attempts at getting a simple answer, you continued to ignore my statements and try to justify NOT responding on Saturday. Regardless my statement was not a direct attack on anyone, unlike your response which was "WELL FUCK YOU *HANGUP*"... "We always show a huge respect for everybody such as customers, employees and every person we interact. We expect to be treated the same way." Maybe try actually communicating with your potential customers instead of attacking them, blaming them, and accusing them of lying about their situation. Or maybe hire someone more professional to handle bookings and phone calls because, this was an abysmal failure. read more

I was greeted by a very professional person who asked me for the expected information and he said they would arrive between 9-10 AM.
